Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,584 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,584 m of the 3,010 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 416 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with the Beechcraft King Air 350 taxiing from the parking area to the runway at KBOS Logan International Airport, taking 7 minutes and covering a distance of 4 nautical miles. Departure roll took place on runway 33L, with a takeoff distance of 707 meters, which was 25% of the runway length. The aircraft lifted off at a speed of 158 knots.
As the aircraft departed, it encountered local weather conditions of 5°C temperature and a wind speed of 14 knots at 300°. The crosswind component was 3 knots, while the headwind component was 13 knots. The aircraft then began its enroute climb, starting overhead KBOS Logan International Airport and climbing from 1,059 feet above sea level to 19,250 feet above sea level, an increase of 18,191 feet in 8 minutes and covering a distance of 28 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise started 1 mile west of Berlin, Massachusetts, and lasted for 2 minutes, covering 11 nautical miles. The aircraft then began another enroute climb, starting overhead Rutland, Massachusetts, and climbing from 19,595 feet above sea level to 40,038 feet above sea level, an increase of 20,443 feet in 14 minutes and covering a distance of 74 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise continued, starting overhead NY1 Kline Kill Airport in Ghent, New York, and lasted for 321 minutes, covering a significant distance of 1,956 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its enroute descent, starting 10 miles south east of El Pozo, Mexico, and descending from 39,984 feet above sea level to 26,992 feet above sea level, a decrease of 12,992 feet in 7 minutes and covering a distance of 46 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise resumed, starting 9 miles south east of Altata, Mexico, and lasted for 4 minutes, covering 31 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its final descent, starting 36 miles south west of Altata, Mexico, and descending from 26,646 feet above sea level to 1,630 feet above sea level, a decrease of 25,016 feet in 21 minutes and covering a distance of 100 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 34 at MMSD Aeropuerto Internacional de Los Cabos was made from the south, heading 354.0° at 4 nautical miles and 1,259 feet above ground level. The landing took place on runway 34, which had a length of 3,010 meters. The threshold height was good, and the threshold speed was well above the target at 116 knots.
The touchdown distance was good at 415 meters, but the touchdown speed was a little fast at 100 knots. The touchdown rate was fair at -232 feet per minute. The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 3.6 meters from the centerline. Local weather conditions at the time of landing were 20°C temperature and a wind speed of 0 knots at 304°.
The total landing distance was 1,490 meters, which was 50% of the runway length. The runway rollout alignment was very good. Taxiing to the parking area from the runway took 1 minute and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 2,257 nautical miles, taking 387 minutes and using 5,658 kilograms of fuel.
The Beechcraft King Air 350 successfully landed at MMSD Aeropuerto Internacional de Los Cabos, achieving a score of 98.0%. The aircraft approached the runway from the south, heading 354.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,259 feet above ground level (agl).
The pilot executed a smooth final approach, touching down on runway 34, which has a length of 3,010 meters. The threshold height was satisfactory, and the threshold speed was well above the target speed of 116 knots, indicating a controlled descent. The touchdown distance of 415 meters was also within acceptable limits.
However, there were a few areas for improvement. The touchdown speed of 100 knots was slightly faster than desired, and the touchdown rate of -232 feet per minute was only fair. Additionally, the runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 3.6 meters from the centerline.
The local weather conditions were favorable, with a temperature of 20°C and a wind speed of 0 knots from 304°. This resulted in a negligible crosswind and headwind, making the landing even smoother.
The total landing distance of 1,490 meters was 50% of the runway length, which is a reasonable distance considering the aircraft's size and weight. The runway rollout alignment was very good, indicating that the pilot maintained control of the aircraft during the rollout phase.
Overall, the Beechcraft King Air 350 landed safely and efficiently at MMSD Aeropuerto Internacional de Los Cabos, with only a few minor areas for improvement.
