Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 2,692 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 241 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a quick taxiing process from the parking area to the runway, taking less than a minute and covering a distance of less than a nautical mile. The Boeing 737-900 then took off from runway 11 at FAGG George Airport, with a takeoff distance of 1,254 meters, which accounted for 63% of the runway. The aircraft lifted off at a speed of 159 knots.
As the flight progressed, the aircraft climbed from an altitude of 1,610 feet above sea level to 37,212 feet above sea level, an increase of 35,601 feet, in just 35 minutes. This climb covered a distance of 258 nautical miles and took place from 2 miles east of FAGG George Airport. The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius and a wind speed of 2 knots at 69 degrees.
Following the climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise phase, which started 13 miles north of FACO Alkantpan Copper Airport. This phase lasted for 105 minutes and covered a distance of 1,013 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its descent from 37,181 feet above sea level to 6,361 feet above sea level, a decrease of 30,820 feet, in just 9 minutes. This descent covered a distance of 59 nautical miles and took place from 25 miles northeast of Kasempa.
The final approach to runway 08 at FLSW Solwesi Airport was made from the west, with the aircraft heading at 77.0 degrees at an altitude of 1,742 feet above ground level and a distance of 3 nautical miles from the runway. The landing on runway 08 was successful, with a touchdown distance of 244 meters, which was good. However, the touchdown speed of 141 knots was slightly above the target speed, and the touchdown rate of -216 feet per minute was fair.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 17 degrees Celsius and a wind speed of 2 knots at 98 degrees. The runway touchdown alignment was very good, and the runway rollout alignment was perfect. The total landing distance was 927 meters, which accounted for 34% of the runway. The taxiing process from the runway to the parking area took less than a minute and covered a distance of less than a nautical mile.
In total, the flight covered a distance of 1,336 nautical miles and lasted for 153 minutes. The aircraft used 8,936 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The Boeing 737-900 aircraft successfully landed at FLSW Solwesi Airport, achieving a score of 99.8%. The final approach to runway 08 was conducted from the west, with a heading of 77.0° at a distance of 3 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,742 feet above ground level (agl). The aircraft's approach was well-executed, with a good threshold height and a slightly above-target threshold speed of 147 knots.
Upon touchdown, the aircraft's performance was satisfactory, with a touchdown distance of 244 meters, which is within acceptable limits. However, the touchdown speed of 141 knots was slightly faster than the target speed, indicating that the pilots may have needed to apply more braking force to slow down the aircraft. The touchdown rate of -216 feet per minute (fpm) was fair, suggesting that the aircraft's descent was not excessively steep.
The runway touchdown alignment was very good, indicating that the pilots maintained a stable and consistent approach path. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were favorable, with a temperature of 17°C and a gentle headwind of 2 knots. The crosswind component was minimal, at 1 knot, which further contributed to the smooth landing.
The total landing distance of 927 meters was 34% of the runway length, which is a reasonable distance considering the aircraft's size and weight. The runway rollout alignment was perfect, indicating that the pilots maintained control of the aircraft during the rollout phase and avoided any deviations from the centerline.
Overall, the landing was successful, and the pilots demonstrated good skills and judgment in executing the approach and landing. However, there is room for improvement in terms of touchdown speed and touchdown rate, which can be addressed through further training and practice.
