Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
Two stabilised approach gates, each with five checks, where the approach path is 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 2,056 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 289 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The FSReborn Phenom 300E Oberon taxied from the parking area to runway 19 at KDCA Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, a movement that required 24 minutes and covered 4 nm.
During the departure roll on runway 19, the aircraft accelerated to a liftoff speed of 120 kt, using a takeoff distance of 856 m, which represented 39 % of the runway length. Ambient conditions were 17 °C with a wind of 3 kt from 269°, providing a 3 kt cross-wind and no head-wind component.
Climb commenced overhead KDCA, with the airplane ascending from 1,018 ft asl to 37,730 ft asl, an increase of 36,712 ft achieved in 12 minutes while covering 64 nm.
The first cruise segment began 6 mi east of Sperryville, Virginia, and lasted 10 minutes, during which the aircraft flew 75 nm at level altitude.
A subsequent cruise phase started 2 mi south-east of Hinton, West Virginia, lasting 2 minutes and covering 7 nm.
A further cruise segment was initiated 2 mi south-west of Ghent, West Virginia, persisting for 3 minutes and encompassing 8 nm.
Descent began 13 mi east of East Dailey, West Virginia, with the aircraft descending from 38,011 ft asl to 6,700 ft asl, a loss of 31,311 ft over 15 minutes while traversing 97 nm.
The next descent segment started 8 mi south of Hinton, West Virginia, where the airplane reduced altitude from 6,009 ft asl to 4,207 ft asl, a decrease of 1,802 ft in 3 minutes and covering 12 nm.
Final approach to runway 01 at KBKW Raleigh County Memorial Airport was conducted from the south, on a heading of 7.0° at 4 nm and 1,253 ft agl.
Landing on runway 01 was completed with a threshold speed of 103 kt, touchdown occurring after 288 m, at a speed of 96 kt and a touchdown rate of minus 186 fpm. The touchdown point was offset 3.2 m from the centreline. Local weather reported 15 °C with a wind of 3 kt from 270°, a 3 kt cross-wind and no head-wind. Total landing distance measured 1,142 m, representing 56 % of the runway.
Runway rollout alignment was recorded as very good.
The aircraft taxied from the runway to the parking area in 1 minute, covering less than 1 nm.
In total, the flight covered 272 nm, required 62 minutes of elapsed time, and consumed 444 kg of fuel.
The aircraft approached runway 01 at KBKW Raleigh County Memorial Airport from the south on a final approach heading 7.0 ° at 4 nm and 1,253 ft agl, with a temperature of 15 °C, wind 3 kt from 270 °, a 3 kt cross-wind component and no head-wind. The approach was conducted under a score of 99.4 % and the aircraft remained on the intended flight path.
At threshold the height was good and the threshold speed was good at 103 kt, indicating a stable flare preparation.
Touchdown occurred 288 m down the runway at a speed of 96 kt, both rated as good, with a vertical rate of minus 186 fpm also good. The touchdown point was slightly misaligned by 3.2 m from the centreline, and the total landing distance measured 1,142 m, representing 56 % of the 2,051 m runway length.
Rollout alignment was very good, with the aircraft remaining well aligned to the centreline for the remainder of the ground roll.
Improve lateral alignment on touchdown to reduce the 3.2 m offset; a tighter aim point will help keep the aircraft on centreline throughout the roll. Maintaining the current speed and flare technique will preserve the overall high performance.
