Improve the rollout
A crosswind landing is a geometry problem. The air mass you're flying in is moving sideways across the runway, and you need your ground track down the centreline with your wheels aligned to it at the moment of contact. There are two techniques that will help, the crab and the sideslip.

One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,693 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,693 m of the 3,142 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 839 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with the aircraft taxiing from the parking area to the runway, a process that took 11 minutes and covered a distance of 2 nautical miles. The Airbus A320 then departed from runway 03L at the Athens Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport, with a takeoff distance of 1,937 meters, which was 60% of the runway length. The aircraft lifted off at a speed of 162 knots.
The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 23 degrees Celsius and a wind speed of 10 knots from a direction of 339 degrees. This resulted in a crosswind of 8 knots and a headwind of 6 knots. The aircraft then began its enroute climb, which started overhead the Athens Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport. The climb took 19 minutes and covered a distance of 92 nautical miles, during which the aircraft ascended from an altitude of 1,328 feet above sea level to 35,650 feet above sea level, an increase of 34,322 feet.
Following the enroute climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise phase, which lasted for 37 minutes and covered a distance of 260 nautical miles. This phase began 1 mile north of the town of Glyfada in Central Greece. The aircraft then started its enroute descent, which began 15 miles southwest of the town of Sutomore in Bar, Montenegro. The descent took 22 minutes and covered a distance of 39 nautical miles, during which the aircraft descended from an altitude of 35,858 feet above sea level to 1,960 feet above sea level, a decrease of 33,898 feet.
The final approach to runway 29 at the Dubrovnik Ruđer Bošković Airport was made from the southeast, with the aircraft heading 302.0 degrees at an altitude of 4 nautical miles and 1,433 feet above ground level. However, the aircraft was required to perform a go-around due to an unknown reason, and it lifted off at an altitude of 38 feet above ground level. The aircraft then landed on runway 29, with a runway length of 3,142 meters. The threshold height was good, but the threshold speed was slightly above the target speed of 145 knots.
The touchdown point was 432 meters beyond the touchdown zone, and the touchdown speed was 131 knots, which was a little fast. However, the touchdown rate was perfect at -45 feet per minute. The runway touchdown position was misaligned by 13.8 meters from the centerline, and the runway rollout alignment was slightly misaligned by 13.3 meters from the centerline. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius and a wind speed of 27 knots from a direction of 60 degrees, resulting in a crosswind of 23 knots and a tailwind of 14 knots.
The total landing distance was 1,622 meters, which was 52% of the runway length. The taxiing to the parking area from the runway took 3 minutes and covered a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 408 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 107 minutes. The aircraft used a total of 3,975 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The Airbus A320 successfully landed at LDDU Dubrovnik Ruđer Bošković Airport, with a score of 90.6%. The aircraft approached the runway from the south east, heading 302.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,433 feet above ground level. The landing was executed on runway 29, which has a length of 3,142 meters.
The threshold height was reported as good, and the threshold speed was slightly above the target speed of 145 knots. The touchdown point was 432 meters beyond the touchdown zone, indicating that the aircraft landed slightly further down the runway than intended. The touchdown speed of 131 knots was a little fast, but the touchdown rate of -45 feet per minute was perfect.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 20°C and a wind speed of 27 knots from a direction of 60°. This resulted in a crosswind of 23 knots and a tailwind of 14 knots. The total landing distance was 1,622 meters, which is 52% of the runway length.
During the rollout, the aircraft's alignment was slightly misaligned from the centreline by 13.3 meters. Overall, the landing was successful, but there were some minor deviations from the intended touchdown point and speed.
