Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 2,091 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 2,091 m of the 2,599 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 461 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Overall, there were some areas that went well during the landing process, such as excellent heading alignment and on-target speed during the approach phase. However, there were also several areas that did not go so well, including a poor descent path above the glideslope limit, a high threshold height during the landing phase, a very poor landing flare, a hard touchdown rate, and a runway alignment that was off during the touchdown and rollout phases.
To improve the aircraft landing in the future, it is recommended to closely monitor the descent path and ensure it stays within the glideslope limit. Additionally, practicing proper landing flare technique and reducing the threshold height can help achieve a smoother touchdown. It is also important to work on maintaining runway alignment throughout the touchdown and rollout phases to prevent bouncing on touchdown and to ensure a safe landing. By focusing on these areas and practicing these skills, the overall performance of the aircraft landing can be improved.
