Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
Two stabilised approach gates, each with seven checks, where the approach path is 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway. They are the approach's score: the checks passed out of the checks that ran.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 2,438 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 685 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Departing from KBFI Boeing Field King County International Airport, the aircraft began its journey on runway 14R, where it accelerated to liftoff speed of 89 kt after a takeoff distance of 656 m, which accounted for 22% of the available runway. The local weather conditions at the time of departure featured a temperature of 18 °C, with a gentle headwind of 1 kt and a crosswind of 1 kt.
As the aircraft climbed to its enroute level, it began its ascent from 996 ft above sea level, reaching a cruising altitude of 21,012 ft in 11 minutes, covering a distance of 32 nm. The climb was initiated 1 mile north of Riverton, Washington, and the aircraft continued to cruise at this altitude for 171 minutes, covering a distance of 788 nm. The enroute level cruise phase was punctuated by a descent from 20,710 ft to 9,118 ft in 8 minutes, covering 31 nm, which began 7 miles northeast of Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The aircraft then commenced its final approach to runway 15 at KASE Aspen-Pitkin County Airport (Sardy Field), aligning itself with the runway at 3 nm and 1,421 ft above ground level.
The aircraft touched down on runway 15, with a touchdown speed of 88 kt, which was slightly above the target speed. The touchdown point was 259 m beyond the touchdown zone, and the touchdown rate was perfect at 110 fpm. The runway touchdown alignment was also perfect, and the runway rollout alignment was very good. The local weather conditions at the time of landing featured a temperature of 11 °C, with a headwind of 3 kt and a crosswind of 2 kt. The total landing distance was 1,086 m, accounting for 45% of the available runway. The aircraft then taxied to the parking area, covering a distance of less than 1 nm in 1 minute. The total flight distance was 858 nm, and the aircraft used 649 kg of fuel during the flight, which lasted 197 minutes.
The final approach to runway 15 at KASE Aspen-Pitkin County Airport (Sardy Field) from the north was executed with precision, with the aircraft maintaining a heading of 161.0° at 3 nm and 1,421 ft above ground level. The approach quality was excellent, with a good threshold height achieved, allowing for a controlled descent onto the runway. However, the threshold speed was slightly above the target at 88 kt, indicating a slight deviation from the ideal approach speed.
As the aircraft touched down on the runway, the touchdown point was 259 m beyond the touchdown zone, suggesting a slightly long touchdown. The touchdown speed of 88 kt was also a little fast, but the touchdown rate of 110 fpm was perfect, indicating a controlled and stable descent. The runway touchdown alignment was perfect, with the aircraft centered on the runway. The local weather conditions, with a temperature of 11 °C and a wind of 4 kt at 190°, contributed to a relatively calm and stable approach.
The total landing distance of 1,086 m, which accounted for 45% of the runway length, was within acceptable limits. The runway rollout alignment was very good, with the aircraft maintaining a consistent path along the centerline. Overall, the landing was executed with a high degree of precision and control, resulting in a score of 96.2%.
