Settle the descent rate
Preparing for a stable approach will give you time to decide on whether to attempt the landing or going around. Too much altitude with a high sink rate will result in carrying too much speed onto the runway. Configuring flaps and the gear late also won't help the speed decay.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out. These checks are the approach's score.

The rest of the report
The Phenom 300E departed Inverness Airport (EGPE) from runway 23, accelerating down the runway for a take-off roll of 1,535 m, which represented 82 % of the available length. Liftoff was achieved at 131 kt. Ambient conditions were 15 °C with a wind from 270° at 2 kt, a 1 kt cross-wind component and a 2 kt head-wind component.
During the climb the aircraft left the vicinity of EGPE and rose from 969 ft asl to 1,663 ft asl, gaining 695 ft in 1 minute while covering 3 nm. The climb profile was initiated directly overhead the departure airport.
Level cruise commenced approximately 1 mile south of Croy, persisting for 2 minutes and traversing 7 nm at the assigned altitude. The cruise segment was steady and uninterrupted.
The final approach to runway 23 began with a descent from 930 ft agl to 27 ft agl in 44 seconds, during which the aircraft met the stabilisation gate criteria. The approach was conducted under the same weather conditions as departure, with a temperature of 15 °C and a wind of 2 kt from 270°.
Touchdown occurred on runway 23, whose total length is 1,866 m. The threshold speed was slightly below the target at 103 kt, and the aircraft landed with a touchdown speed of 94 kt. The touchdown point was 302 m down the runway, and the vertical speed at touchdown was minus 233 fpm, described as fair. Alignment on touchdown and during rollout was perfect, and the total landing distance measured 713 m, representing 38 % of the runway.
Rollout proceeded without deviation, maintaining perfect alignment throughout the deceleration phase until the aircraft came to a stop on the runway.
In total, the flight covered 13 nm, required approximately 4 minutes of airborne time, and consumed 17 kg of fuel.
The Phenom 300E began its final approach to runway 23 at EGPE Inverness, descending from 930 ft AGL to 27 ft AGL in 44 seconds and satisfying the stabilisation-gate criteria; local weather was 15 °C with a 2 kt wind from 270°, including 1 kt crosswind and 2 kt headwind.
At the threshold the aircraft held a good height and reduced speed to 103 kt, noted as slightly below the target speed.
Touchdown was achieved 302 m down the runway at 94 kt, with a vertical rate of minus 233 fpm described as fair, and the aircraft aligned perfectly with the runway centreline.
The rollout covered a total of 713 m, equal to 38 % of the 1,866 m runway, and the alignment remained perfect throughout.
Fine-tuning the speed-brake or thrust-reduction timing on final will help raise the threshold speed to the target, and a slightly earlier flare can reduce the touchdown vertical rate while preserving the excellent alignment.
