Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 2,495 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 221 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Overall, the aircraft landing described in the analysis had several areas of concern that impacted its smoothness and precision.
In the Approach Phase, the descent path was below the glideslope limit, indicating that the aircraft descended at a steeper angle than desired. While the heading alignment was great, the speed was slightly below the target, which may have affected the overall approach stability.
During the Landing Phase, the threshold height was slightly too low, suggesting that the aircraft was below the ideal altitude upon reaching the runway threshold. The landing flare was very poor, indicating that the pilot did not properly adjust the aircraft's pitch attitude during the landing. Additionally, poor bank angle stability during landing suggests that the aircraft may have experienced excessive roll movements during the touchdown.
In the Touchdown Phase, the touchdown rate was fair and the speed was on target, indicating that the aircraft touched down with an acceptable vertical speed and airspeed. The touchdown distance inside the touchdown zone was within the desired parameters, but the runway touchdown position was 11.5 m from the centerline, which could have resulted in some difficulties in maintaining straight taxiing during rollout.
Finally, in the Rollout Phase, the runway alignment was 11.2 m from the centerline, which may have required corrective action from the pilot to maintain the aircraft's track during the rollout.
Overall, this analysis suggests that the landing had several areas that could be improved, particularly in terms of descent path, landing flare, bank angle stability, and runway alignment. Addressing these areas of concern could help improve the overall precision and smoothness of future landings.
