Work on the flare
Arrive slow and the sink rate at the threshold is already above schedule, the flare is short because there is no energy to extend it, and the touchdown is hard in a way that feels exactly like a late flare. Diagnosing a slow arrival as a late flare is the catastrophic misread: you respond by flaring earlier, which bleeds more speed, which makes the next one worse. The tiebreaker is threshold speed against VRef, not feel. Never diagnose a flare without it.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 618 m of the approach.
Plan view — the full 618 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 345 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
You have shown great skill and potential in your aircraft landing, achieving an overall score of 81.2%! Let's break down each phase of the landing and discuss how you can continue to improve for even better results in the future.
During the Approach Phase, it seems like there were a few areas that need some refinement. Maintaining a descent path within the glideslope limits and ensuring proper heading alignment are crucial for a smooth and controlled approach. Additionally, keeping your speed at the target will help with overall stability during the landing sequence.
Moving on to the Landing Phase, it's clear that you have room for improvement in certain areas. While your touchdown rate was smooth and your speed was on target, there was an issue with the threshold height being above the target and the landing flare being poor. Working on these aspects will help you achieve a more precise and controlled landing in the future.
In the Touchdown Phase, it's great to see that your touchdown speed was on point and the touchdown point was long, but it's important to be mindful of using too much of the available runway. Ideally, you want to optimize your landing distance to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Finally, in the Rollout Phase, you excelled in runway alignment, which is fantastic to see. Building on this strength will help you to maintain a smooth and precise rollout after touchdown.
Overall, your landing performance is commendable, and with some focused practice and attention to detail in the key areas mentioned, I have no doubt that you'll continue to improve and achieve even higher scores in the future. Keep up the great work, and remember that every landing is an opportunity to learn and grow as a pilot. Congratulations on your achievements so far!
