Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 2,353 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 560 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with taxiing from the parking to the runway at EGAA Belfast International Airport, which took 11 minutes and covered a distance of 2 nautical miles. The aircraft then departed from runway 25, with a takeoff distance of 571 meters, which was 21% of the runway length. The liftoff speed was 93 knots.
The local weather conditions at the time of departure were a temperature of 6 degrees Celsius, with a wind speed of 5 knots at 100 degrees. This resulted in a crosswind of 3 knots and a tailwind of 4 knots. The aircraft then began its enroute climb, starting 1 mile west of EGAA Belfast International Airport, and climbed from 1,259 feet above sea level to 7,950 feet above sea level, an increase of 6,691 feet in 5 minutes, covering a distance of 11 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise started 2 miles north of Ballyclare and lasted 11 minutes, covering a distance of 52 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its enroute descent, starting 2 miles south east of Whiting Bay, and descended from 7,922 feet above sea level to 2,903 feet above sea level, a decrease of 5,019 feet in 2 minutes, covering a distance of 9 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise started again 3 miles south west of Saltcoats and lasted 4 minutes, covering a distance of 11 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its final descent, starting overhead Kilbirnie, and descended from 2,810 feet above sea level to 1,315 feet above sea level, a decrease of 1,495 feet in 3 minutes, covering a distance of 6 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 05 at EGPF Glasgow International Airport was from the south west, with a heading of 46.0 degrees at 4 nautical miles and 1,283 feet above ground level. The landing was made on runway 05, which had a length of 2,353 meters. The threshold height was slightly above target, but the threshold speed was well above target at 86 knots.
The touchdown point was 122 meters beyond the touchdown zone, but the touchdown speed of 68 knots was good, and the touchdown rate of -162 feet per minute was also good. The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 3.6 meters from the centreline. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were a temperature of 1 degree Celsius, with a wind speed of 6 knots at 59 degrees, resulting in a crosswind of 1 knot and a headwind of 6 knots.
The total landing distance was 930 meters, which was 40% of the runway length. The runway rollout alignment was very good. The flight then ended with taxiing to the parking from the runway, which took 4 minutes and covered a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 99 nautical miles, taking 43 minutes, and the aircraft used 149 kilograms of fuel.
The Vision Jet aircraft successfully landed at EGPF Glasgow International Airport, achieving a score of 95.8%. The final approach to runway 05 was initiated from the south-west, with a heading of 46.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,283 feet above ground level (agl).
Upon landing, the aircraft touched down 122 meters beyond the designated touchdown zone, which is slightly off-target. However, the touchdown speed of 68 knots was within the acceptable range, and the touchdown rate of -162 feet per minute (fpm) was also satisfactory. The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 3.6 meters from the centerline, but this did not significantly impact the overall landing performance.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 1°C and a wind speed of 6 knots from a direction of 59°. The crosswind component was minimal at 1 knot, while the headwind component was 6 knots, which likely contributed to the aircraft's stable approach and landing.
The total landing distance of 930 meters was 40% of the available runway length, indicating a relatively short landing roll. The runway rollout alignment was reported to be very good, suggesting that the aircraft's brakes were applied smoothly and effectively to bring the aircraft to a stop.
Overall, the Vision Jet's landing performance at EGPF Glasgow International Airport was satisfactory, with the aircraft achieving a high score despite some minor deviations from the target touchdown zone and runway centerline.
