Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
Two stabilised approach gates, each with seven checks, where the approach path is 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 2,001 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 2,001 m of the 3,984 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 425 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 10 minutes and covered a distance of 5 nautical miles. The aircraft, a Boeing 777F, then departed from runway 26L at Munich Airport (EDDM). The takeoff distance was 1,260 meters, which accounted for 32% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 163 knots.
The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 3 degrees Celsius, with a wind speed of 6 knots at a direction of 50 degrees. This resulted in a crosswind of 3 knots and a tailwind of 5 knots. The aircraft then began its enroute climb, starting 1 mile northeast of Hallbergmoos, Bavaria, Germany. The climb took 8 minutes and covered a distance of 36 nautical miles, with the aircraft ascending from 2,512 feet above sea level to 24,208 feet above sea level, an increase of 21,697 feet.
Following the enroute climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise, starting 3 miles southeast of Eichstaett, Bavaria, Germany. This phase of the flight lasted 43 minutes and covered a distance of 44 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its enroute descent, starting 1 mile east of Colmberg, Bavaria, Germany. The descent took 9 minutes and covered a distance of 55 nautical miles, with the aircraft descending from 24,230 feet above sea level to 11,239 feet above sea level, a decrease of 12,990 feet.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise, starting 2 miles south of Heimbuchenthal, Bavaria, Germany. This phase of the flight lasted 5 minutes and covered a distance of 30 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its final descent, starting overhead Gross-Gerau, Hessen, Germany. The descent took 13 minutes and covered a distance of 5 nautical miles, with the aircraft descending from 11,007 feet above sea level to 1,592 feet above sea level, a decrease of 9,415 feet.
The final approach to runway 07R at Frankfurt Airport (EDDF) was made from the southwest, with the aircraft heading 70.0 degrees at 4 nautical miles and 1,240 feet above ground level. The landing was made on runway 07R, which had a length of 3,984 meters. The threshold height was good, and the threshold speed was also good at 146 knots. The touchdown distance was good at 426 meters, and the touchdown speed was 140 knots, which was also good. However, the touchdown rate was fair at -215 feet per minute.
The total landing distance was 1,921 meters, which accounted for 48% of the runway. The runway rollout alignment was very good. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 2 degrees Celsius, with a wind speed of 8 knots at a direction of 30 degrees. This resulted in a crosswind of 5 knots and a headwind of 6 knots.
The taxiing period from the runway to the parking took 5 minutes and covered a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 181 nautical miles, and the flight took 56 minutes. The aircraft used 6,623 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The Boeing 777F aircraft successfully landed at Frankfurt Airport (EDDF) on runway 07R, achieving a high score of 99.6%. The final approach was conducted from the southwest, heading 70.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,240 feet above ground level (agl). The aircraft demonstrated good control and precision during the approach, ultimately touching down on the runway with a speed of 140 knots.
The threshold height was satisfactory, and the threshold speed of 146 knots was also within acceptable limits. The touchdown distance of 426 meters was within the expected range, indicating a smooth and controlled landing. The touchdown speed of 140 knots was also good, suggesting that the aircraft was properly configured for landing.
However, the touchdown rate of -215 feet per minute (fpm) was only fair, indicating that the aircraft may have experienced a slight bounce or oscillation upon touchdown. This could be due to various factors, including the aircraft's weight, the runway's surface, or the pilot's technique.
Despite this minor issue, the runway touchdown alignment was very good, indicating that the aircraft was properly aligned with the runway centerline. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were also favorable, with a temperature of 2°C and a wind speed of 8 knots from a direction of 30°. The crosswind component was relatively low at 5 knots, while the headwind component was 6 knots, which helped to stabilize the aircraft during the approach.
The total landing distance of 1,921 meters was 48% of the runway length, which is a relatively short distance considering the aircraft's size and weight. The runway rollout alignment was also very good, indicating that the aircraft was properly controlled during the rollout phase. Overall, the landing was successful, and the aircraft demonstrated good handling and control characteristics.
