Departure
Use smoother, smaller aileron inputs to keep the wings level and hold bank angle near wings-level during the climb.
What happened: During the climb, bank angle rose to 3.3°, more roll than the climb out called for.
Watch for: Attitude indicator: wings level during the climb
A good takeoff has a defined shape. It also has a defined end. For an airliner that's thrust reduction and acceleration, commonly somewhere around 1,000 to 1,500 ft above the airfield depending on the operator, while for a light aircraft it's established at Vy with the flaps on schedule. Most simmers have no defined end to their takeoff, which is exactly why it never gets judged.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
Two stabilised approach gates, each with seven checks, where the approach path is 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway. They are the approach's score: the checks passed out of the checks that ran.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,659 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,659 m of the 3,526 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 456 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.

Final approach to runway 18R at EHAM Amsterdam Airport Schiphol began at 1,337 ft agl and descended to 59 ft agl in 110 seconds. Stabilisation checks at 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway were met for gear down, landing flap, sink rate, glideslope, centreline, speed and wings level. Configuration was landing gear down at 2,184 ft agl at 171 kt, and final flap position 7 at 1,632 ft agl at 162 kt.
Landing on runway 18R (runway length 3,526 m) had a good threshold height. Threshold speed was slightly above target at 152 kt. The flare was described as perfect. Touchdown occurred 456 m down the runway at 145 kt, a little fast, with a touchdown rate of minus 154 fpm. The touchdown point was 6.1 m off centreline.
