Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,680 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,680 m of the 3,191 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 411 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with the Boeing 777F taxiing from the parking area to the runway at LPPR Francisco de Sá Carneiro Airport, taking approximately 8 minutes and covering a distance of 2 nautical miles. The aircraft then departed from runway 17, with a takeoff distance of 998 meters, which was 33% of the runway length. The liftoff speed was 162 knots.
As the aircraft took off, it encountered local weather conditions of 20°C temperature and a wind speed of 3 knots at 169 degrees. The crosswind was negligible, but there was a headwind of 3 knots. The aircraft climbed from the airport, reaching an altitude of 33,722 feet above sea level in 14 minutes, covering a distance of 91 nautical miles.
The enroute climb started over LPPR Francisco de Sá Carneiro Airport, and the aircraft continued to climb to an altitude of 35,353 feet above sea level in 2 minutes, covering a distance of 14 nautical miles. The aircraft then entered a level cruise, flying at an altitude of 33,950 feet above sea level for 5 minutes, covering a distance of 44 nautical miles. This was followed by another level cruise, which lasted for 74 minutes and covered a distance of 634 nautical miles.
The aircraft then began its descent, starting over Marchiennes in Hauts-de-France, France. The descent from 36,023 feet above sea level to 1,278 feet above sea level took 23 minutes, covering a distance of 122 nautical miles. The final approach to runway 06 at EHAM Amsterdam Airport Schiphol was made from the south-west, with a heading of 58.0 degrees at 4 nautical miles and 1,262 feet above ground level.
The landing on runway 06 was successful, with a touchdown distance of 411 meters, which was 50% of the runway length. The touchdown speed was 141 knots, and the touchdown rate was -188 feet per minute. The runway touchdown alignment was perfect, and the runway rollout alignment was also perfect. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were 14°C temperature and a wind speed of 4 knots at 40 degrees, with a crosswind of 1 knot and a headwind of 4 knots.
After landing, the aircraft taxied to the parking area, taking approximately 7 minutes and covering a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 914 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 133 minutes. The aircraft used a total of 16,601 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The Boeing 777F aircraft successfully landed at EHAM Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, achieving a score of 99.8%. The final approach to runway 06 was conducted from the southwest, heading 58.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,262 feet above ground level (agl).
The aircraft demonstrated excellent control and precision during the landing, with a good threshold height and speed of 145 knots. The touchdown distance of 411 meters was also within acceptable limits, indicating a smooth and controlled descent. The touchdown speed of 141 knots was also satisfactory, and the touchdown rate of -188 feet per minute (fpm) was well within the desired range.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were favorable, with a temperature of 14°C and a gentle wind of 4 knots at 40°. The crosswind component was minimal at 1 knot, while the headwind component was 4 knots, which helped to stabilize the aircraft during the landing.
The total landing distance of 1,601 meters was 50% of the runway length, indicating a safe and controlled landing. The runway rollout alignment was also perfect, demonstrating the pilot's expertise and control during the landing phase.
Overall, the Boeing 777F aircraft performed an exemplary landing at EHAM Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, showcasing its capabilities and the pilot's skill in navigating challenging weather conditions and achieving a high score.
