Flight Score
Departure
Make small rudder corrections against a point at the far end to hold the centreline.
What happened: During the ground roll you drifted 14 m off the runway centreline.
Watch for: Watch runway alignment against the centreline, correcting with small rudder inputs.

Arrival
Wait for the normal flare band and the correct speed before raising the nose, rather than starting the flare at 80 ft.
What happened: The flare began at 80 ft, 35 ft above the normal band, and the touchdown followed at 305 fpm. Starting the flare this early usually carries through to a firmer arrival than a flare begun in the normal band.
Watch for: Radio altimeter: hold the flare start within the normal flare band
A small uncorrected heading error at 40 knots becomes a metre of offset per second by 100 knots, noticed only at rotation, producing a crabbed liftoff. Root cause is nearly always eyes on the tape instead of the far end of the runway. Small heading changes displace a distant point visibly long before the nearby centreline stripes look wrong.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
Two stabilised approach gates, each with seven checks, where the approach path is 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway. They are the approach's score: the checks passed out of the checks that ran.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,758 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,758 m of the 3,292 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 401 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The Boeing 737-700 departed runway 16 at UBBB Heydar Aliyev International Airport. The take-off roll used 3,840 m, which is 95 % of the runway length. Rotation occurred at 133 kt. Local weather at departure was 24 °C with wind 11 kt from 129°, giving a 7 kt crosswind and a 9 kt headwind.
Initial climb to 1,000 ft agl took 25 seconds, averaging 1,623 fpm and reaching 152 kt at the top of the segment. The climb continued from 905 ft asl to 27,968 ft asl in 11 minutes, covering 65 nm and passing overhead Yeni Suraxani. Level cruise was held at 28,000 ft asl for 8 minutes, covering 56 nm, beginning about 11 nm north-east of Qobustan.
Descent began at 27,974 ft asl and proceeded to 2,354 ft asl in 16 minutes, covering 69 nm, starting roughly 6 nm north-east of UBGE Bygyr Airport Geoktschai. The final approach to runway 30 at UBBG Ganja International Airport descended from 1,332 ft agl to 77 ft agl in 99 seconds.
Stabilisation checks were performed at 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway and were met for gear down, landing flap, sink rate, glideslope, centreline, speed and wings level. Configuration on final was landing gear down at 5,108 ft agl with a speed of 171 kt, and final flap position 7 was selected at 4,288 ft agl with a speed of 168 kt.
The aircraft touched down on runway 30. Threshold speed was 130 kt and touchdown speed was 128 kt, both recorded as good. The flare was described as good and started early. Touchdown occurred 401 m down the runway with a firm rate of minus 305 fpm. Alignment at touchdown was very good and there was no bounce. Total landing distance was 1,689 m, representing 51 % of the runway length. Runway rollout alignment was slightly off centreline by 12.8 m.
Local weather at landing was 22 °C with wind 7 kt from 199°, giving a 7 kt crosswind and a 2 kt tailwind. The total flight covered 200 nm in 43 minutes and consumed 2,019 kg of fuel.
