Departure
Start bringing the nose up as the speed reaches 115 kt, not after it.
What happened: You started the rotation at 149 kt, 34 kt past the 115 kt rotation speed.
Watch for: Airspeed indicator: 115 kt at rotation
See Departure Roll
Arrival
Use small rudder inputs against a point at the far end of the runway to hold the centreline during rollout.
What happened: During the rollout the aircraft drifted 11 m off the centreline.
Watch for: Runway centreline marks: hold the aircraft tracking straight down the centreline through rollout

A typical trainer rotates in the mid-50s of knots - a 172 at around 55 KIAS, climbing out at a Vy in the low 70s, though check your own POH rather than memorising Cessna's numbers - and the transferable rule is that Vr sits just above the stall speed in takeoff configuration. Rotate early because "it felt ready" and the aircraft lifts off inside ground effect, where induced drag is reduced, then climbs out of it into more drag. On a marginal-performance day the result is an aircraft that lifts off and then refuses to climb, sagging back towards the runway.

From brake release to the end of the climb, against time, then the takeoff point by point.
Rotated at 149 kt, and lifted off at 155 kt 1.2 s later, the nose coming up at 3.1° a second. Climb 3 averaged 196 kt, 11 kt over its 185 kt target.
Two traces from brake release: the airspeed on top, and below it the pitch, which is how far the nose is above the horizon. The figures at liftoff are the pitch then and how fast the nose came up, in degrees a second. The shaded stretch is Climb 3, the part of the climb scored on holding the climb speed.
The takeoff, point by point
Side view from the start of the roll to the end of Climb 3 at 883 ft.
Reached 35 ft with 944 m of runway left; gear up at 5 ft, inside the 400 ft that gets full marks; then climbing at 2,330 fpm on average to 883 ft.
The takeoff from the side: the height above the runway against the distance along it. The numbers along the runway are the speeds reached at each point. Lifting off in the amber last quarter of the runway costs marks for the roll length. The gear-up ring is coloured by its mark. The shaded stretch is Climb 3, scored on its average speed against the target.
Plan view the roll down the 3,105 m runway.
Rolled from 1,240 m in, drifted 1.6 m left of the centreline and was back on it to lift off. Airborne 59 % of the way down the runway, before the 75 % line.
The roll from above, with your left at the top. The line is where the wheels went, and "widest" is the furthest you drifted off the centreline. Lifting off before the amber 75 % line gets full marks for the roll length.
The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
The rest of the report
The Aero L-39 Albatros departed from runway 01 at LZKZ Košice International Airport. Takeoff used 1,890 m of runway, 61 % of the available length, and rotation occurred at 149 kt. The local temperature was -7 °C.
Initial climb to 1,000 ft agl lasted 19 seconds, averaging 2,122 fpm and reaching 195 kt at the top of the climb. The aircraft then climbed from 1,723 ft asl to 4,023 ft asl in 1 minute while covering 3 nm, beginning about 1 mile south of Košice.
Descent began from 4,049 ft asl to 869 ft asl over 3 minutes, covering 7 nm, starting roughly 1 mile south-east of LZKZ Košice International Airport.
During final approach to runway 3 miles south of LZKI Haniska Airstrip, the aircraft descended from 621 ft agl to 63 ft agl in 32 seconds. Stabilisation checks at 500 ft above the runway were met for gear down, landing flap, sink rate and speed, but not met for glideslope. Configuration changes were: landing gear down at 1,783 ft agl at 135 kt; final flap position 2 at 2,129 ft agl at 159 kt; autopilot disconnected at 2,860 ft agl at 145 kt.
Approach to touchdown continued from 44 ft agl to 0 ft agl, a loss of 44 ft in 5 seconds. The flare was described as perfect. Touchdown occurred at 86 kt, with a descent rate of minus 169 fpm and a touchdown point 288 m down the runway. The local temperature was -8 °C and no bounce was observed.
Rollout continued on runway 3 miles south of LZKI Haniska Airstrip at an altitude of 674 ft asl, covering 179 m.
The total flight distance was 14 nm, the flight time was 6 minutes, and fuel consumption was 54 kg.
