Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 5,000 ft of the approach.
Plan view — the first 5,000 ft of the 11,637 ft runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 639 ft touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 10 minutes and covered a distance of 4 nautical miles. The aircraft, a FNX320_TCACFM, then departed from runway 06 at Juan Gualberto Gomez International Airport (MUVR). The takeoff distance was 5,515 feet, which accounted for 48% of the runway. The aircraft lifted off at a speed of 156 knots.
The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 73°F and a wind speed of 4 knots at 119 degrees. The crosswind component was 4 knots, while the headwind component was 2 knots. The aircraft then began its enroute climb, starting 1 mile northeast of the airport and rising from an altitude of 1,253 feet above sea level to 10,223 feet above sea level, an increase of 8,971 feet in 6 minutes and covering a distance of 8 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise phase began 5 miles northwest of Kawama Airport (MUKW) and lasted for 2 minutes, covering a distance of 11 nautical miles. The aircraft then entered another enroute climb phase, starting 13 miles northwest of Varadero and rising from 10,218 feet above sea level to 21,210 feet above sea level, an increase of 10,992 feet in 6 minutes and covering a distance of 40 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise phase resumed 40 miles south of Big Pine Key (Florida, United States) and lasted for 9 minutes, covering a distance of 59 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its enroute descent, starting 11 miles southwest of Coba Island (1FA4) and descending from 20,671 feet above sea level to 1,302 feet above sea level, a decrease of 19,369 feet in 16 minutes and covering a distance of 60 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 09 at Miami International Airport (KMIA) was made from the west, heading 87.0 degrees at 4 nautical miles and 1,283 feet above ground level. The landing was made on runway 09, which had a length of 11,637 feet. The threshold height was good, and the threshold speed was 120 knots. The touchdown distance was good at 640 feet, with a touchdown speed of 116 knots. However, the touchdown rate was heavy at -639 feet per minute.
The runway touchdown alignment was perfect, and the local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 72°F and a wind speed of 4 knots at 109 degrees. The crosswind component was 2 knots, while the headwind component was 4 knots. The total landing distance was 3,448 feet, which accounted for 30% of the runway. However, the runway rollout alignment was slightly misaligned by 48 feet from the centerline.
The taxiing period from the runway to the parking took 6 minutes and covered a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 189 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 55 minutes. The aircraft used a total of 4,733 pounds of fuel during the flight.
The aircraft, FNX320_TCACFM, successfully landed at Miami International Airport (KMIA) on runway 09. The final approach was initiated from the west, heading 87.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,283 feet above ground level (agl). The aircraft demonstrated a high level of proficiency in its approach, with a good threshold height and a touchdown speed of 116 knots, which was slightly below the threshold speed of 120 knots.
Upon touchdown, the aircraft's touchdown distance was within acceptable limits at 640 feet, indicating a smooth and controlled descent. However, the touchdown rate was heavy at -639 feet per minute (fpm), which may indicate a slight over-rotation or a failure to flare properly. Despite this, the runway touchdown alignment was perfect, suggesting that the pilot maintained control of the aircraft throughout the approach.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were favorable, with a temperature of 72°F and a gentle headwind of 4 knots at 109°. The crosswind component was minimal at 2 knots, which further contributed to a smooth landing. The total landing distance of 3,448 feet was within 30% of the runway length, indicating a safe and controlled landing.
During the rollout, the aircraft's alignment was slightly misaligned from the centerline by 48 feet. While this may not have been ideal, it did not appear to have any significant impact on the safety of the landing. Overall, the landing was considered successful, with the aircraft demonstrating a high level of proficiency in its approach and landing.
