Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 5,000 ft of the approach.
Plan view — the first 5,000 ft of the 6,242 ft runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 1,992 ft past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 7 minutes and covered a distance of 2 nautical miles. The aircraft, a FFX P180, then departed from runway 22L at Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport, with a takeoff distance of 2,856 feet, which was 29% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 120 knots.
As the aircraft took off, it encountered local weather conditions with a temperature of 62°F and wind speeds of 10 knots at 190°. The crosswind was 6 knots, while the headwind was 8 knots. After departing from Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport, the aircraft began its enroute climb, starting 1 mile south of Saint-Laurent-du-Var, France. The climb took 21 minutes, covering a distance of 70 nautical miles, and resulted in an increase of 34,585 feet in altitude, from 1,023 feet above sea level to 35,608 feet above sea level.
Following the enroute climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise phase, which started 25 miles northwest of Calvi, Corsica. This phase lasted for 121 minutes, covering a distance of 825 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its enroute descent, starting 5 miles southwest of Tinos, Greece. The descent took 22 minutes, covering a distance of 17 nautical miles, and resulted in a decrease of 34,387 feet in altitude, from 35,937 feet above sea level to 1,550 feet above sea level.
The final approach to runway 34 at Mykonos Island National Airport was made from the south, with a heading of 341.0° at 4 nautical miles and 1,151 feet above ground level. The landing was successful, with a touchdown point 573 feet beyond the touchdown zone. The touchdown speed was 98 knots, which was good, and the touchdown rate was smooth at -118 feet per minute. The runway touchdown alignment was perfect, and the runway rollout alignment was also perfect.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were a temperature of 45°F and wind speeds of 26 knots at 357°. The crosswind was 8 knots, while the headwind was 25 knots. The total landing distance was 3,101 feet, which was 50% of the runway. The total flight distance was 919 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 171 minutes. The aircraft used 1,741 pounds of fuel during the flight.
The aircraft, FFX P180 03 01, successfully landed at LGMK Mykonos Island National Airport, achieving a score of 97.1%. The final approach to runway 34 was initiated from the south, with the aircraft heading 341.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,151 feet above ground level (agl).
Upon landing, the aircraft touched down on the runway, with the threshold height being satisfactory. The threshold speed was also good, reaching 121 knots. However, the touchdown point was slightly beyond the designated touchdown zone, at 573 feet. The touchdown speed of 98 knots was within the acceptable range, and the touchdown rate was smooth, with a descent rate of -118 feet per minute (fpm).
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 45°F and a wind speed of 26 knots from 357°. This resulted in a crosswind of 8 knots and a headwind of 25 knots. Despite these conditions, the aircraft maintained perfect runway touchdown alignment.
The total landing distance covered by the aircraft was 3,101 feet, which is 50% of the runway length. The runway rollout alignment was also perfect, indicating a smooth and controlled deceleration of the aircraft after touchdown. Overall, the landing was executed successfully, with the aircraft demonstrating good control and adherence to standard procedures.
