Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 5,000 ft of the approach.
Plan view — the first 5,000 ft of the 6,203 ft runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 1,272 ft touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with the Vision Jet taxiing from the parking area to the runway at LFJL Metz-Nancy-Lorraine Airport, a process that took 6 minutes and covered a distance of 1 nautical mile. The aircraft then departed from runway 22, with a takeoff distance of 1,526 feet, which accounted for 16% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 88 knots.
The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 34 degrees Fahrenheit and a wind speed of 9 knots at 239 degrees. This resulted in a crosswind of 3 knots and a headwind of 8 knots. The aircraft then began its enroute climb, starting overhead Vigny in Grand Est, France, and ascending from 1,899 feet above sea level to 21,462 feet above sea level, an increase of 19,563 feet in 15 minutes, covering a distance of 47 nautical miles.
Following the enroute climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise, starting 1 mile east of Grandvillers in Grand Est, France, and lasting for 30 minutes, during which it covered a distance of 132 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its enroute descent, starting 1 mile south of Dornbirn in Vorarlberg, Austria, and descending from 22,121 feet above sea level to 14,012 feet above sea level, a decrease of 8,109 feet in 2 minutes, covering a distance of 11 nautical miles.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise, starting 2 miles north of Schoppernau in Vorarlberg, Austria, and lasting for 4 minutes, during which it covered a distance of 21 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its final descent, starting 2 miles south-east of Haeselgehr in Tirol, Austria, and descending from 12,823 feet above sea level to 2,825 feet above sea level, a decrease of 9,998 feet in 10 minutes, covering a distance of 30 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 08 at LOWI Innsbruck Airport was made from the west, with a heading of 81.0 degrees at 2 nautical miles and 917 feet above ground level. The landing on runway 08 was successful, with a touchdown distance of 1,266 feet, a touchdown speed of 73 knots, and a smooth touchdown rate of -106 feet per minute. The runway touchdown alignment was perfect, and the local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 37 degrees Fahrenheit and a wind speed of 1 knot at 198 degrees.
The total landing distance was 3,556 feet, accounting for 57% of the runway. The runway rollout alignment was very good, and the aircraft then began taxiing to the parking area, a process that took 2 minutes and covered a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 247 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 74 minutes, during which the aircraft used 598 pounds of fuel.
The Vision Jet has successfully landed at Innsbruck Airport (LOWI) with an impressive score of 98.3%. The aircraft approached the runway from the west, heading 81.0° at a distance of 2 nautical miles and an altitude of 917 feet above ground level (agl). The final approach was executed with precision, and the aircraft landed safely on runway 08, which has a length of 6,203 feet.
The threshold height was good, indicating that the aircraft was at the correct altitude as it approached the runway. However, the threshold speed was slightly below the target speed of 90 knots, coming in at 89 knots. Despite this minor deviation, the touchdown distance was good at 1,266 feet, and the touchdown speed of 73 knots was also within acceptable limits.
The touchdown rate was smooth, with a descent rate of -106 feet per minute, which is a testament to the pilot's skill and control. The runway touchdown alignment was perfect, indicating that the aircraft was aligned with the runway centerline at the moment of touchdown. The local weather conditions were favorable, with a temperature of 37°F and a light wind of 1 knot from 198°.
The crosswind component was minimal at 1 knot, and there was no headwind component. As a result, the aircraft was able to land smoothly and maintain its alignment with the runway. The total landing distance was 3,556 feet, which is 57% of the runway length. This is a relatively short landing distance, indicating that the aircraft was able to touch down and come to a stop quickly and efficiently.
The runway rollout alignment was also very good, indicating that the aircraft was able to maintain its alignment with the runway centerline even after touchdown. Overall, the Vision Jet's landing at Innsbruck Airport was a success, with the aircraft performing well in a variety of conditions.
