Flight Score
Work on the flare
Arrive slow and the sink rate at the threshold is already above schedule, the flare is short because there is no energy to extend it, and the touchdown is hard in a way that feels exactly like a late flare. Diagnosing a slow arrival as a late flare is the catastrophic misread: you respond by flaring earlier, which bleeds more speed, which makes the next one worse. The tiebreaker is threshold speed against VRef, not feel. Never diagnose a flare without it.

One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.

The rest of the report
The Airbus A330-900 taxied from the parking area to runway 19R at ESSA Stockholm-Arlanda Airport in 7 minutes, covering a distance of 1 nm.
During the departure roll on runway 19R the aircraft used a takeoff distance of 5,513 ft, which is 51 % of the runway, and became airborne at a liftoff speed of 166 kt. Local weather was temperature 68 °F, wind 5 kt from 130°, with a 4 kt cross-wind component and a 2 kt head-wind.
The climb commenced 1 mile east of Maersta, rising from 1,036 ft asl to 37,000 ft asl - an increase of 35,964 ft - in 23 minutes while covering 148 nm.
Level cruise began 17 miles west of Vibble and continued for 152 minutes, during which the aircraft flew 1,272 nm.
Descent started 5 miles south-west of Agios Kirykos, descending from 37,003 ft asl to 7,001 ft asl - a loss of 30,002 ft - in 15 minutes and covering 105 nm.
A second cruise segment was initiated 10 miles south of Symi, lasting 8 minutes and spanning 36 nm.
The next descent began 7 miles east of Rodos, dropping from 6,988 ft asl to 1,615 ft asl - a decrease of 5,373 ft - in 3 minutes over a distance of 12 nm.
For the final approach to runway 24 at LGRP Diagoras Airport, the aircraft approached from the east on a heading of 251.0°, at 4 nm and 1,582 ft agl.
Landing on runway 24, which is 10,819 ft long, was achieved with a threshold speed of 146 kt. Touchdown occurred 1,066 ft beyond the touchdown zone at a speed of 136 kt and a descent rate of minus 181 fpm; the touchdown point was offset 18 ft from the centreline. Local conditions were temperature 84 °F, wind 4 kt from 330°, with a 4 kt cross-wind and a 1 kt head-wind. Total landing distance measured 5,839 ft, representing 54 % of the runway.
Runway rollout alignment was slightly off centreline by 25 ft.
The aircraft taxied from the runway to the parking area in 3 minutes, covering less than 1 nm.
Overall, the flight covered 1,582 nm, took 213 minutes, and consumed 42,013 lbs of fuel.
The Airbus A330-900 entered final approach to runway 24 at LGRP Diagoras Airport from the east on a heading of 251.0° at 4 nm and 1,582 ft agl, with temperature 84 °F, wind 4 kt from 330°, a 4 kt cross-wind component and a 1 kt head-wind component; the approach was assessed as unstable at the 1,000 ft gate because the sink rate was too high.
At threshold the aircraft maintained a good height and achieved a threshold speed that was good at 146 kt.
Touchdown occurred 1,066 ft beyond the touchdown zone with a good speed of 136 kt and a good vertical rate of minus 181 fpm; the touchdown point was slightly misaligned by 18 ft from the centreline.
The rollout covered a total landing distance of 5,839 ft, representing 54 % of the 10,819 ft runway, and the aircraft remained slightly misaligned by 25 ft from the centreline during rollout.
To improve the score, focus on reducing sink rate to achieve a stabilized approach before the 1,000 ft gate and refine centreline tracking to eliminate the small misalignments observed at touchdown and rollout.
