Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 2,209 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 318 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with the aircraft taxiing from the parking area to the runway, a process that took 8 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The Airbus A320 then departed from runway 10L at SBGR André Franco Montoro International Airport, with a takeoff distance of 1,770 meters, which is 50% of the runway length. The liftoff speed was 159 knots.
The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 28 °C, with a wind speed of 9 knots at 79°. This resulted in a crosswind of 1 knot and a headwind of 9 knots. The aircraft began its enroute climb 1 mile northeast of SBGR André Franco Montoro International Airport, São Paulo, Brazil, and climbed from an altitude of 3,465 feet above sea level to 30,556 feet above sea level, an increase of 27,091 feet, in 13 minutes and covering 54 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise started 10 miles west of Juquitiba, São Paulo, Brazil, and lasted for 7 minutes, covering 45 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its enroute descent 1 mile southeast of SBWS Registro Airport, Registro, São Paulo, Brazil, and descended from 30,998 feet above sea level to 4,250 feet above sea level, a decrease of 26,748 feet, in 21 minutes and covering 95 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 15 at SBCT Afonso Pena Airport was made from the northwest, heading 135.0°, at 4 nautical miles and 1,262 feet above ground level. The landing on runway 15 was successful, with a touchdown distance of 320 meters and a touchdown speed of 146 knots, which was slightly fast. The touchdown rate was firm at -334 feet per minute, and the runway touchdown alignment was very good.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 22 °C, with a wind speed of 11 knots at 70°. This resulted in a crosswind of 10 knots and a headwind of 5 knots. The total landing distance was 1,246 meters, which is 56% of the runway length. The runway rollout alignment was also very good. The aircraft then taxied to the parking area from the runway, a process that took 2 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile.
The total flight distance was 202 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 52 minutes. The aircraft used 1,901 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The Airbus A320 successfully landed at SBCT Afonso Pena Airport, achieving a high score of 97.0%. The aircraft approached the runway from the north-west, heading 135.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,262 feet above ground level (agl). The final approach was executed with precision, and the aircraft landed safely on runway 15, which has a length of 2,209 meters.
The threshold height was well within acceptable limits, and the threshold speed was significantly above the target speed, indicating a controlled and stable approach. The touchdown distance of 320 meters was also satisfactory, demonstrating the pilot's ability to manage the aircraft's descent and speed. However, the touchdown speed of 146 knots was slightly faster than desired, which may have resulted in a firmer touchdown rate of -334 feet per minute (fpm).
Despite the slightly fast touchdown speed, the runway touchdown alignment was very good, indicating that the aircraft was properly aligned with the runway centerline. The local weather conditions, with a temperature of 22°C and wind speeds of 11 knots at 70°, contributed to a relatively calm and stable environment for the landing. The crosswind component of 10 knots and headwind component of 5 knots were also well within manageable limits.
The total landing distance of 1,246 meters, which accounts for 56% of the runway length, was reasonable, and the runway rollout alignment was also very good. Overall, the landing was executed with precision and control, and the aircraft came to a stop safely on the runway.
