Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 5,000 ft of the approach.
Plan view — the first 5,000 ft of the 12,791 ft runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 476 ft touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking area to the runway, which took approximately 2 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The aircraft then departed from runway 07R at General Mitchell International Airport (KMKE), with a takeoff distance of 2,263 feet, which accounted for 29% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 140 knots.
As the aircraft climbed to a higher altitude, it encountered local weather conditions with a temperature of 61°F and a wind speed of 2 knots at 270°. The crosswind was 1 knot, and the tailwind was 2 knots. The enroute climb started overhead Cudahy, Wisconsin, and continued to an altitude of 24,726 feet above sea level, an increase of 23,033 feet in 11 minutes, covering a distance of 52 nautical miles.
Following the climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise phase, which began 1 mile south-east of Lee Creek Airport (56IL) in Caledonia, Illinois. This phase lasted for 38 minutes and covered a distance of 304 nautical miles. The aircraft then started its descent, which began 4 miles north-west of Blue Springs Heliport (MO28) in Blue Springs, Missouri. The descent from 24,745 feet above sea level to 2,090 feet above sea level, a decrease of 22,656 feet, took 15 minutes and covered a distance of 69 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 13 at Topeka Regional Airport (KFOE) was made from the north-west, with a heading of 137.0° at 4 nautical miles and 1,013 feet above ground level. The landing on runway 13 was successful, with a touchdown distance of 478 feet, which was good. The touchdown speed was 103 knots, and the touchdown rate was firm at -317 feet per minute. However, the runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 17 feet from the centreline.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were a temperature of 59°F and a wind speed of 2 knots at 270°, with a crosswind of 1 knot and a tailwind of 1 knot. The total landing distance was 1,961 feet, which accounted for 15% of the runway. The runway rollout alignment was also slightly misaligned by 32 feet from the centreline. The taxiing period from the runway to the parking area took approximately 1 minute and covered less than 1 nautical mile.
In total, the flight distance was 431 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 69 minutes. Notably, the aircraft used 0 pounds of fuel during the flight.
Aircraft C750 successfully landed at KFOE Topeka Regional Airport, achieving a score of 96.0%. The final approach was conducted from the northwest, heading 137.0° at 4 nautical miles and 1,013 feet above ground level (agl). The aircraft touched down on runway 13, which has a length of 12,791 feet.
The threshold height was reported as good, but the threshold speed was slightly below the target at 105 knots. However, the touchdown distance of 478 feet was considered good, and the touchdown speed of 103 knots was also within acceptable limits. The touchdown rate was firm at -317 feet per minute (fpm), indicating a controlled descent.
The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned from the centreline by 17 feet, which may require some adjustments during future landings. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 59°F, with a wind speed of 2 knots from 270°. The crosswind and tailwind components were minimal, at 1 kt each.
The total landing distance of 1,961 feet was within 15% of the runway length, indicating a relatively short landing roll. However, the runway rollout alignment was slightly misaligned from the centreline by 32 feet, which may require some adjustments during future landings.
Overall, the landing was considered successful, with the aircraft achieving a good touchdown distance, speed, and rate. However, some minor adjustments may be necessary to improve the alignment during future landings.
