Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 5,000 ft of the approach.
Plan view — the first 5,000 ft of the 6,474 ft runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 591 ft touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 3 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The aircraft, a Cessna CJ4 Citation, then departed from runway 26 at Tulsa International Airport (KTUL). The takeoff distance was 1,892 feet, which accounted for 26% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 150 knots.
The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 61°F and a wind speed of 2 knots from a direction of 269°. This resulted in a crosswind of 0 knots and a headwind of 2 knots. The aircraft began its enroute climb 1 mile west of KTUL, rising from an altitude of 1,647 feet above sea level to 19,777 feet above sea level, an increase of 18,130 feet, in 7 minutes and covering 27 nautical miles.
Following the initial climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise phase, which started 2 miles northeast of Siegmanns Airport (OK42) in Hennessey, Oklahoma. This phase lasted for 58 minutes and covered a distance of 384 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its enroute descent 6 miles northeast of Princeville, Illinois, descending from 19,999 feet above sea level to 2,764 feet above sea level, a decrease of 17,235 feet, in 12 minutes and covering 57 nautical miles.
The aircraft entered another level cruise phase, which started 3 miles northeast of Dewey Leland Airport (8IS7) in Illinois, lasting for 4 minutes and covering 11 nautical miles. The final approach to runway 09 at Aurora Municipal Airport (KARR) was made from the west, with the aircraft heading 89.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,261 feet above ground level.
The landing on runway 09 at KARR was successful, with the touchdown distance being 590 feet, which was good. However, the touchdown speed of 97 knots was a little fast, and the touchdown rate of -199 feet per minute was good. The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 20 feet from the centerline. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 59°F and a wind speed of 2 knots from a direction of 270°, resulting in a crosswind of 0 knots and a tailwind of 2 knots.
The total landing distance was 2,008 feet, which accounted for 31% of the runway. The runway rollout alignment was very good. The taxiing period from the runway to the parking took less than 1 minute and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 485 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 88 minutes. Notably, the aircraft used 0 pounds of fuel during the flight.
The Cessna CJ4 Citation successfully landed at KARR Aurora Municipal Airport, achieving a score of 98.1%. The aircraft approached the runway from the west, heading 89.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,261 feet above ground level (agl). The pilot executed a precise final approach, taking into account the runway's length of 6,474 feet and its orientation.
Upon touchdown, the aircraft's threshold height was satisfactory, and the threshold speed was well above the target speed of 102 knots. However, the touchdown speed of 97 knots was slightly faster than desired. The touchdown distance of 590 feet was within acceptable limits, and the touchdown rate of -199 feet per minute (fpm) was good.
The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 20 feet from the centreline, which may have been due to factors such as wind or pilot error. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were favorable, with a temperature of 59°F and a wind speed of 2 knots from 270°. The crosswind component was negligible, and the tailwind component was minimal at 2 knots.
The total landing distance of 2,008 feet was 31% of the runway length, which is a relatively short distance. The runway rollout alignment was very good, indicating that the pilot maintained control of the aircraft during the rollout phase. Overall, the landing was successful, and the pilot demonstrated good skills and judgment in executing the approach and landing.
