Know your rotation speed
A typical trainer rotates in the mid-50s of knots - a 172 at around 55 KIAS, climbing out at a Vy in the low 70s, though check your own POH rather than memorising Cessna's numbers - and the transferable rule is that Vr sits just above the stall speed in takeoff configuration. Rotate early because "it felt ready" and the aircraft lifts off inside ground effect, where induced drag is reduced, then climbs out of it into more drag. On a marginal-performance day the result is an aircraft that lifts off and then refuses to climb, sagging back towards the runway.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 3,990 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 329 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a departure roll from runway 07C at Frankfurt Airport, EDDF. The aircraft, an Airbus A319, accelerated down the runway and lifted off at a speed of 182 kt. The takeoff distance was 355 meters, which accounted for 9% of the runway length. The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 16 °C and a wind speed of 11 kt blowing from a direction of 60 °.
As the aircraft climbed away from the airport, it began its enroute climb 1 mile north east of EDDF. The climb was steep, with the aircraft ascending from 1,341 ft above sea level to 2,938 ft in just 1 minute, covering a distance of 3 nm. This rapid ascent was followed by a brief period of level cruise, which lasted 5 minutes and covered a distance of 12 nm. The cruise phase took place 1 mile west of Dreieich, a town located in the state of Hessen, Germany.
As the aircraft continued on its journey, it began its enroute descent overhead Bischofsheim, another town in the state of Hessen. The descent was from 2,582 ft above sea level to 1,618 ft, a decrease of 964 ft in just 2 minutes, covering a distance of 3 nm. The aircraft then began its final approach to runway 07C at EDDF, flying from the south west at a heading of 69.0 ° and at an altitude of 1,268 ft above ground level.
The landing was made on runway 07C, which had a length of 3,990 meters. The threshold height was good, but the threshold speed was slightly above the target speed of 118 kt. The touchdown distance was good at 328 meters, but the touchdown speed was a little fast at 118 kt. The touchdown rate was firm at -347 fpm, indicating a smooth and controlled touchdown. However, the runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned from the centerline by 3.8 meters.
The total landing distance was 1,123 meters, which accounted for 28% of the runway length. The runway rollout alignment was very good, indicating a smooth and controlled rollout. The total flight distance was 24 nm, and the flight duration was 11 minutes. The aircraft used 332 kg of fuel during the flight.
The Airbus A319 successfully landed on runway 07C at Frankfurt Airport (EDDF) with a score of 98.3%. The aircraft approached the runway from the southwest, heading 69.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,268 feet above ground level (agl). The pilot maintained a good threshold height, which is a crucial aspect of a safe landing.
Upon touchdown, the aircraft's threshold speed was slightly above the target speed of 117 kt, registering at 118 kt. However, the touchdown distance of 328 meters was considered good. The touchdown speed of 118 kt was a bit faster than ideal, but the firm touchdown rate of -347 feet per minute (fpm) suggests that the pilot maintained control of the aircraft during the landing.
The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned from the centerline by 3.8 meters, which may have been due to the crosswind or other factors. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were favorable, with a temperature of 16°C and a wind speed of 11 kt at 60°. The crosswind component was minimal at 2 kt, while the headwind component was 11 kt, which likely contributed to the smooth landing.
The total landing distance of 1,123 meters was 28% of the runway length, indicating that the pilot managed to bring the aircraft to a stop within a reasonable distance. The runway rollout alignment was very good, suggesting that the pilot maintained control of the aircraft during the rollout phase. Overall, the landing was considered successful, with the pilot demonstrating good control and adherence to standard procedures.
