Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 1,891 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 312 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 10 minutes and covered a distance of 2 nautical miles. The aircraft, a Boeing 737-800, then departed from runway 22R at Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport, with a takeoff distance of 1,633 meters, which accounted for 64% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 167 knots.
The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 23 degrees Celsius, with a wind speed of 10 knots at 170 degrees. This resulted in a crosswind of 8 knots and a headwind of 6 knots. The aircraft then began its enroute climb, starting 1 mile south of Saint-Laurent-du-Var, France, and climbed from an altitude of 1,027 feet above sea level to 33,077 feet above sea level, an increase of 32,051 feet, in 19 minutes and covering a distance of 111 nautical miles.
Following the initial climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise, starting 4 miles south of Bobbio, Italy, and lasted for 14 minutes, covering a distance of 109 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its enroute descent, starting overhead Molveno, Italy, and descended from 32,908 feet above sea level to 9,516 feet above sea level, a decrease of 23,392 feet, in 17 minutes and covering a distance of 84 nautical miles.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise, starting 2 miles south of Alpbach, Austria, and lasted for 2 minutes, covering a distance of 5 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its final descent, starting 2 miles southwest of Fuegenberg, Austria, and descended from 9,328 feet above sea level to 3,152 feet above sea level, a decrease of 6,176 feet, in 5 minutes and covering a distance of 15 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 26 at Innsbruck Airport was made from the east, with a heading of 264.0 degrees at 4 nautical miles and 1,246 feet above ground level. The landing was made on runway 26, which had a length of 1,891 meters. The threshold height was good, and the threshold speed was slightly below the target at 134 knots.
The touchdown distance was good at 313 meters, and the touchdown speed was 129 knots, which was also good. However, the touchdown rate was hard at -497 feet per minute. The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 4.3 meters from the centerline. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 14 degrees Celsius, with a wind speed of 10 knots at 70 degrees. This resulted in a crosswind of 2 knots and a tailwind of 9 knots.
The total landing distance was 1,184 meters, which accounted for 63% of the runway. The runway rollout alignment was very good. The taxiing period from the runway to the parking took 4 minutes and covered a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 332 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 72 minutes. The aircraft used 3,729 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The Boeing 737-800 aircraft successfully landed at Innsbruck Airport (LOWI) with a score of 95.6%. The final approach was conducted from the east, heading 264.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,246 feet above ground level (agl). The aircraft touched down on runway 26, which has a length of 1,891 meters.
The threshold height was reported as good, but the threshold speed was slightly below the target at 134 knots. However, the touchdown distance of 313 meters was considered good, and the touchdown speed of 129 knots was also within acceptable limits. Unfortunately, the touchdown rate was hard at -497 feet per minute (fpm), which may indicate a slightly aggressive approach.
The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned from the centerline by 4.3 meters, which may require some adjustments during the landing roll. The local weather conditions at the time of landing included a temperature of 14°C, a wind speed of 10 knots at 70°, resulting in a crosswind of 2 knots and a tailwind of 9 knots.
The total landing distance of 1,184 meters was 63% of the runway length, which is a relatively short distance considering the aircraft's size and weight. The runway rollout alignment was reported as very good, indicating that the pilot maintained control of the aircraft during the landing roll and was able to align with the centerline of the runway.
Overall, the landing was considered successful, with the aircraft touching down safely on the runway and the pilot maintaining control during the landing roll. However, the hard touchdown rate and slightly misaligned touchdown position may require some adjustments to the approach and landing technique to improve the overall score.
