Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
Two stabilised approach gates, each with seven checks, where the approach path is 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway. They are the approach's score: the checks passed out of the checks that ran.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 3,671 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 668 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The Boeing 777F commenced its departure roll on runway 23L at NZAA Auckland International Airport, accelerating through a takeoff distance of 831 m (23 % of the runway) and achieving liftoff at 165 kt. Ambient conditions were a temperature of 16 °C with a wind of 21 kt from 270°, comprising a 7 kt cross-wind and a 20 kt head-wind.
Climb began overhead the airport, with the aircraft ascending from 963 ft asl to 1,647 ft asl, a gain of 683 ft achieved in 1 minute while covering 3 nm.
Cruise was initiated 2 nm south of the airport and persisted for 4 minutes, during which the flight traversed 12 nm at level altitude.
Descent proceeded from 1,256 ft agl to 83 ft agl over a period of 102 seconds.
During the final approach to runway 23L, the aircraft satisfied the stabilisation gates criteria.
Landing occurred on runway 23L, whose length is 3,671 m. The threshold speed was recorded at 149 kt. Touchdown took place 246 m beyond the touchdown zone at a speed of 133 kt, with a firm touchdown rate of minus 386 fpm. The touchdown point was offset 4.0 m from the centreline. Local weather at landing was a temperature of 16 °C, wind 18 kt from 270°, with a 6 kt cross-wind and a 17 kt head-wind. Total landing distance measured 1,151 m (31 % of the runway), and the subsequent rollout was slightly misaligned by 7.8 m from the centreline.
The aircraft taxied from the runway to parking in 3 minutes, covering a distance of 1 nm.
In summary, the flight covered a total of 22 nm, took 11 minutes, and consumed 25,211 kg of fuel.
The Boeing 777F approached runway 23L at NZAA Auckland International Airport in a stabilised configuration, with gear, flaps, sink rate, glideslope, centreline and speed all within limits as assessed at the 1,000 ft gate. The aircraft descended from 1,256 ft agl to 83 ft agl in 102 seconds, and the local weather was 16 °C with wind 18 kt from 270°, including a 6 kt cross-wind component and a 17 kt head-wind.
During the threshold and flare phase the aircraft maintained a good threshold height and a threshold speed of 149 kt. The flare was executed within the stabilisation gates, preparing for touchdown.
Touchdown occurred 246 m beyond the designated touchdown zone with a speed of 133 kt, which was rated good, and a firm vertical rate of -386 fpm. The touchdown point was slightly off centreline by 4.0 m.
Rollout used 1,151 m of runway, representing 31 % of the available 3,671 m, and the aircraft’s alignment drifted 7.8 m from centreline during the rollout.
Minor refinements should focus on improving lateral alignment at touchdown and maintaining centreline tracking through rollout to further optimise runway utilisation.
