Keep the wings level on final
Preparing for a stable approach will give you time to decide on whether to attempt the landing or going around. Too much altitude with a high sink rate will result in carrying too much speed onto the runway. Configuring flaps and the gear late also won't help the speed decay.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.

Plan view — the full 1,230 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 137 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a departure roll from runway 36 at EDFB Reichelsheim Airfield, where the aircraft, a K21 Salzlore, accelerated down the 1,230-meter runway and lifted off at a speed of 56 knots. The takeoff distance was 165 meters, which accounted for 13% of the runway length. The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 30 degrees Celsius and a gentle wind of 4 knots from a direction of 73 degrees, resulting in a crosswind of 4 knots and a headwind of 1 knot.
As the aircraft climbed away from the airfield, it began its enroute climb, which started overhead Reichelsheim, a town in the state of Hessen, Germany. The aircraft ascended from an altitude of 1,425 feet above sea level to 2,994 feet, an increase of 1,569 feet, in just 1 minute, covering a distance of 1 nautical mile. Following this initial climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise, which lasted for 8 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile.
The enroute descent phase began 1 mile west of Reichelsheim, where the aircraft descended from 4,451 feet to 3,486 feet, a decrease of 965 feet, in 2 minutes, covering a distance of 2 nautical miles. The aircraft then entered another level cruise, this time starting overhead Wolfersheim, another town in Hessen, Germany, and lasting for 6 minutes, during which it covered a distance of 4 nautical miles.
The final descent phase began overhead Florstadt, a town in Hessen, Germany, where the aircraft descended from 3,926 feet to 1,901 feet, a decrease of 2,025 feet, in 2 minutes, covering a distance of 2 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its final approach to runway 36 at EDFB Reichelsheim Airfield, flying from the southeast at a heading of 303.0 degrees and an altitude of 1,474 feet above ground level.
The landing was executed on runway 36, with the aircraft touching down at a speed of 36 knots and a distance of 134 meters, which was 15% of the runway length. The touchdown rate was firm at -392 feet per minute, and the runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 5.4 meters from the centerline. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were the same as those at the time of departure, with a temperature of 30 degrees Celsius and a gentle wind of 4 knots from a direction of 73 degrees.
The total landing distance was 187 meters, and the runway rollout alignment was very good. The total flight distance was 11 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 21 minutes, during which the aircraft used no fuel.
The aircraft, K21 Salzlore, successfully landed at EDFB Reichelsheim Airfield, achieving a score of 90.9%. The final approach was conducted from the south east, heading 303.0° at 1 nautical mile and 1,474 feet above ground level (agl). The pilot executed a precise landing on runway 36, which has a length of 1,230 meters.
The threshold height was satisfactory, but the threshold speed was slightly above the target at 44 knots. However, the touchdown distance of 134 meters was considered good, and the touchdown speed of 36 knots was also within acceptable limits. The touchdown rate was firm at -392 feet per minute (fpm), indicating a controlled descent.
Despite a slight misalignment of 5.4 meters from the centerline, the runway touchdown position was still considered acceptable. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 30°C and a wind speed of 4 knots at 73°. The crosswind component was 4 knots, while the headwind component was 1 knot.
The total landing distance of 187 meters was only 15% of the runway length, indicating a short and controlled landing. The runway rollout alignment was also very good, demonstrating the pilot's skill and control during the landing phase. Overall, the landing was considered successful, with the aircraft touching down safely and efficiently.
