Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,837 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,837 m of the 2,539 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 562 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 11 minutes and covered a distance of 2 nautical miles. The aircraft, a Boeing 737-800, then departed from runway 25 at LFPO Paris-Orly Airport. The takeoff distance was 1,157 meters, which is 40% of the runway length. The liftoff speed was 153 knots.
The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 24 degrees Celsius and a wind speed of 2 knots from a direction of 290 degrees. This resulted in a crosswind of 1 knot and a headwind of 2 knots. The aircraft then began its enroute climb, starting overhead the town of Morangis in the Ile-de-France region of France. The climb took 26 minutes and covered a distance of 175 nautical miles, during which the aircraft ascended from an altitude of 1,290 feet above sea level to 35,156 feet.
Following the enroute climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise phase, which started overhead the town of Dorat in the Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes region of France. This phase lasted for 28 minutes and covered a distance of 227 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its enroute descent, which started 18 miles southeast of the town of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat in the Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur region of France. The descent took 21 minutes and covered a distance of 96 nautical miles, during which the aircraft descended from an altitude of 35,140 feet to 927 feet.
The final approach to runway 16 at LFKB Bastia-Poretta Airport was made from the north, with the aircraft heading 166.0 degrees at an altitude of 899 feet above ground level and a distance of 3 nautical miles from the runway. The landing was made on runway 16, which has a length of 2,539 meters. The threshold height was good, and the threshold speed was also satisfactory at 145 knots. However, the touchdown speed was a little fast at 144 knots, and the touchdown rate was good at -156 feet per minute. The runway touchdown alignment was perfect, and the runway rollout alignment was also perfect.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 21 degrees Celsius and a wind speed of 2 knots from a direction of 220 degrees. This resulted in a crosswind of 1 knot and a headwind of 1 knot. The total landing distance was 1,760 meters, which is 69% of the runway length. The taxiing period from the runway to the parking took 2 minutes and covered a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 508 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 85 minutes. The aircraft used a total of 4,247 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The Boeing 737-800 aircraft successfully landed at LFKB Bastia-Poretta Airport, achieving a high score of 98.8%. The final approach to runway 16 was conducted from the north, with a heading of 166.0° at a distance of 3 nautical miles and an altitude of 899 feet above ground level (agl). The aircraft maintained a good threshold height, indicating a stable and controlled descent.
Upon touchdown, the threshold speed was within the acceptable range at 145 knots. However, the touchdown speed of 144 knots was slightly faster than desired, which may have resulted in a slightly longer landing distance. The touchdown rate of -156 feet per minute (fpm) was considered good, indicating a controlled and smooth touchdown.
The touchdown point was located 149 meters beyond the touchdown zone, which is a relatively minor deviation. The runway touchdown alignment was perfect, demonstrating the pilot's skill and control during the landing. The local weather conditions were favorable, with a temperature of 21°C and a light wind of 2 knots at 220°, resulting in a negligible crosswind and headwind of 1 knot each.
The total landing distance of 1,760 meters was 69% of the runway length, which is a relatively efficient landing. The runway rollout alignment was also perfect, indicating a smooth and controlled rollout after touchdown. Overall, the landing was considered successful, with the aircraft demonstrating good control and stability throughout the approach and touchdown phases.
