Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 5,255 ft of the approach.
Plan view — the first 5,255 ft of the 7,074 ft runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 1,215 ft touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with the Vision Jet taxiing from the parking area to the runway at Dubrovnik Ruđer Bošković Airport, taking approximately 9 minutes and covering a distance of 4 nautical miles. The departure roll took place on runway 11, with a takeoff distance of 1,315 feet, which accounted for 13% of the runway. The aircraft lifted off at a speed of 95 knots.
As the flight progressed, the aircraft climbed to a height of 30,586 feet above sea level, increasing its altitude by 29,072 feet in 19 minutes and covering a distance of 67 nautical miles. This enroute climb started over Cilipi, Croatia, and took the aircraft through various weather conditions. The local weather at the time of takeoff was characterized by a temperature of 61°F, with a wind speed of 5 knots at 99°.
Following the enroute climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise phase, which lasted for 25 minutes and covered a distance of 122 nautical miles. This phase began 34 miles west of Durres, Albania. The aircraft then started its descent, which began 1 mile north of Corfu, Greece, and lasted for 23 minutes, covering a distance of 91 nautical miles. The descent took the aircraft from a height of 30,416 feet above sea level to 1,401 feet above sea level.
The final approach to runway 14 at Kefallinia Airport was made from the northwest, with the aircraft heading at 149.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,338 feet above ground level. The landing took place on a runway with a length of 7,074 feet, and the threshold height was good. However, the threshold speed was too high at 89 knots. The touchdown distance was good at 1,213 feet, but the touchdown speed of 74 knots was a little fast, and the touchdown rate was fair at -280 feet per minute.
The runway touchdown position was misaligned by 43 feet from the centreline, and the runway rollout alignment was slightly misaligned by 48 feet from the centreline. The local weather at the time of landing was characterized by a temperature of 60°F, with a wind speed of 7 knots at 325°. The crosswind was negligible, but the aircraft experienced a tailwind of 7 knots. The total landing distance was 4,945 feet, which accounted for 70% of the runway.
The flight concluded with the aircraft taxiing to the parking area from the runway, taking approximately 2 minutes and covering a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 290 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 77 minutes. The aircraft used 535 pounds of fuel during the flight.
The Vision Jet aircraft successfully landed on runway 14 at LGKF Kefallinia Airport, achieving a score of 89.8%. The final approach was initiated from the north-west, heading 149.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,338 feet above ground level (agl). The aircraft successfully touched down on the runway, with a touchdown distance of 1,213 feet, which was considered good.
However, there were some areas for improvement during the landing. The threshold speed was too high at 89 kt, indicating that the pilot may have been able to slow down more efficiently before touchdown. Additionally, the touchdown speed of 74 kt was a little fast, suggesting that the pilot may have been able to maintain a more controlled descent. The touchdown rate of -280 fpm was fair, but could be improved upon.
The runway touchdown position was misaligned by 43 feet from the centreline, which may have been due to a slight deviation in the pilot's alignment during the approach. The local weather conditions were relatively calm, with a temperature of 60°F and a wind speed of 7 kt at 325°. The crosswind component was negligible, but the tailwind component was 7 kt, which may have contributed to the slight misalignment.
The total landing distance was 4,945 feet, which was 70% of the runway length. The runway rollout alignment was slightly misaligned by 48 feet from the centreline, which may have been due to the pilot's continued deviation from the centreline after touchdown. Overall, the landing was successful, but there were some areas for improvement that the pilot could work on to achieve a more efficient and controlled landing.
