Smooth the climb
A good takeoff has a defined shape. It also has a defined end. For an airliner that's thrust reduction and acceleration, commonly somewhere around 1,000 to 1,500 ft above the airfield depending on the operator, while for a light aircraft it's established at Vy with the flaps on schedule. Most simmers have no defined end to their takeoff, which is exactly why it never gets judged.

Two stabilised approach gates, each with six checks at 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,293 m of the approach.
Plan view — the full 1,293 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 467 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Departing Siegen-Eisernhardt Airfield, the Bonanza G36 began its takeoff roll on runway 09, accelerating to a liftoff speed of 79 kt in 310 meters, which accounted for 42% of the runway's length. The aircraft then transitioned into a steady climb, reaching an altitude of 2,993 ft asl in 2 minutes, covering a distance of 5 nm. This initial climb phase was characterized by a moderate rate of ascent, with an increase of 1,052 ft in a short period.
As the aircraft continued its enroute phase, it encountered various changes in altitude and airspeed. A descent from 2,965 ft asl to 2,229 ft asl was initiated 1 mile west of Burbach, followed by a brief level cruise phase 1 mile south east of the same location. The aircraft then climbed from 2,644 ft asl to 3,649 ft asl in 3 minutes, covering 7 nm, before entering a prolonged level cruise phase 1 mile north west of Asslar. This cruise phase lasted 10 minutes, during which the aircraft covered a distance of 23 nm. The final descent phase began 1 mile north west of Reichelsheim, with the aircraft descending from 3,355 ft asl to 871 ft asl in 3 minutes, covering 5 nm.
The Bonanza G36 then initiated its final approach to runway 36 at Reichelsheim Airfield, aligning itself with the runway at 1 nm and 473 ft agl. The aircraft touched down on the runway at a speed of 78 kt, with a touchdown distance of 467 m. Although the touchdown speed was slightly above the target, the runway touchdown alignment was perfect. The total landing distance was 822 m, accounting for 67% of the runway's length. The aircraft's runway rollout alignment was also very good, indicating a smooth and controlled deceleration. The total flight distance was 53 nm, with a fuel consumption of 15 kg.
The Bonanza G36 touched down on runway 36 at EDFB Reichelsheim Airfield with a score of 91.9%. The aircraft approached the runway from the south, heading 0.0° at 1 nautical mile and 473 feet above ground level. The final approach was characterized by a slightly above-target threshold height of 56 feet above ground level, which may have contributed to the slightly high threshold speed of 94 knots.
Despite the slightly high threshold speed, the touchdown distance was good at 467 meters, and the touchdown speed of 78 knots was a little fast. However, the touchdown rate of -230 feet per minute was fair. The aircraft maintained perfect runway touchdown alignment, which is a testament to the pilot's skill and attention to detail. The local weather conditions, with a temperature of 18°C and a wind of 12 knots at 143°, resulted in a crosswind of 7 knots and a tailwind of 10 knots.
The total landing distance of 822 meters, which accounts for 67% of the runway length, was reasonable considering the wind conditions. The runway rollout alignment was very good, demonstrating the pilot's ability to maintain control and stability during the critical phases of the landing. Overall, the landing was satisfactory, with a few areas for improvement, but the pilot's skills and experience were evident throughout the maneuver.
