Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
Two stabilised approach gates, each with seven checks, where the approach path is 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,784 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,784 m of the 3,594 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 554 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 5 minutes and covered a distance of 1 nautical mile. The aircraft, a Boeing 777F, then departed from runway 18 at ENTC Tromsø Airport, Langnes. The takeoff distance was 626 meters, which accounted for 31% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 160 knots.
The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 8 degrees Celsius, with a wind speed of 8 knots at 199 degrees. This resulted in a crosswind of 1 knot and a headwind of 8 knots. The aircraft then began its enroute climb, which started overhead ENTC Tromsø Airport, Langnes. The climb took 16 minutes and covered a distance of 104 nautical miles, during which the aircraft ascended from 1,032 feet above sea level to 36,155 feet above sea level, an increase of 35,124 feet.
Following the enroute climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise phase, which started 8 miles east of Kjopsvik. This phase lasted for 51 minutes and covered a distance of 395 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its enroute descent, which started 7 miles east of EN25 Solenstua. The descent took 16 minutes and covered a distance of 104 nautical miles, during which the aircraft descended from 36,653 feet above sea level to 9,351 feet above sea level, a decrease of 27,302 feet.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise phase, which started 7 miles southwest of Kongsvinger. This phase lasted for 6 minutes and covered a distance of 29 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its final descent, which started 4 miles southeast of Heias. The descent took 10 minutes and covered a distance of 31 nautical miles, during which the aircraft descended from 9,022 feet above sea level to 1,940 feet above sea level, a decrease of 7,082 feet.
The final approach to runway 01L at ENGM Oslo Airport, Gardermoen was made from the south, with a heading of 16.0 degrees at 4 nautical miles and 1,258 feet above ground level. The landing was successful, with a touchdown point 141 meters beyond the touchdown zone. The touchdown speed was 145 knots, which was good, and the touchdown rate was -167 feet per minute, which was also good. The runway touchdown alignment was very good.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of -8 degrees Celsius, with a wind speed of 2 knots at 330 degrees. This resulted in a crosswind of 1 knot and a headwind of 1 knot. The total landing distance was 1,707 meters, which accounted for 47% of the runway. The runway rollout alignment was also very good.
The taxiing period from the runway to the parking took 3 minutes and covered a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 670 nautical miles, which was covered in 109 minutes. The aircraft used 13,402 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The Boeing 777F aircraft successfully landed at ENGM Oslo Airport, Gardermoen, with a score of 98.8%. The final approach to runway 01L was initiated from the south, with a heading of 16.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,258 feet above ground level (agl). The aircraft maintained a good alignment with the runway throughout the approach.
Upon landing, the threshold height was reported as good, and the threshold speed was slightly above the target speed of 150 knots. The touchdown point was 141 meters beyond the designated touchdown zone, which is a relatively minor deviation. The touchdown speed of 145 knots was within the acceptable range, and the touchdown rate of -167 feet per minute (fpm) was also good, indicating a smooth and controlled descent.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of -8°C and a wind speed of 2 knots from a direction of 330°. The crosswind component was minimal at 1 knot, while the headwind component was also 1 knot. These conditions did not appear to have a significant impact on the landing.
The total landing distance of 1,707 meters was 47% of the available runway length of 3,594 meters. This is a relatively short landing distance, indicating that the aircraft was able to touch down and come to a stop within a reasonable distance. The runway rollout alignment was also reported as very good, suggesting that the aircraft was able to maintain a stable and controlled roll-out after touchdown.
Overall, the landing was considered successful, with the aircraft demonstrating good control and stability throughout the approach and landing phases. The minor deviations from the target touchdown zone and threshold speed were not significant enough to impact the overall score of 98.8%.
