MY FS FLIGHTS
Flight Score
Smooth the climb
A good takeoff has a defined shape. It also has a defined end. For an airliner that's thrust reduction and acceleration, commonly somewhere around 1,000 to 1,500 ft above the airfield depending on the operator, while for a light aircraft it's established at Vy with the flaps on schedule. Most simmers have no defined end to their takeoff, which is exactly why it never gets judged.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 1,891 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 406 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 12 minutes and covered a distance of 2 nautical miles. The aircraft then departed from runway 04R at Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport, with a takeoff distance of 1,134 meters, which was 38% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 122 knots.
As the aircraft climbed out of Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport, it began its enroute climb, starting 1 mile east of the airport. The climb took 23 minutes, covering a distance of 141 nautical miles, and resulted in an increase of 26,311 feet in altitude, from 846 feet above sea level to 27,157 feet above sea level.
After reaching the desired altitude, the aircraft entered a level cruise, starting 1 mile south-west of Crotta d'Adda, Italy. This cruise lasted for 9 minutes, covering a distance of 72 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its enroute descent, starting 1 mile north of San Lorenzo in Banale, Italy. The descent took 17 minutes, covering a distance of 87 nautical miles, and resulted in a decrease of 18,350 feet in altitude, from 27,490 feet above sea level to 9,140 feet above sea level.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise, this time starting overhead Bruck am Ziller, Austria. This cruise lasted for 2 minutes, covering a distance of 4 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its final descent, starting 2 miles south of Gallzein, Austria. The descent took 6 minutes, covering a distance of 14 nautical miles, and resulted in a decrease of 5,274 feet in altitude, from 9,000 feet above sea level to 3,726 feet above sea level.
The final approach to runway 26 at Innsbruck Airport was made from the east, with a heading of 264.0 degrees at 4 nautical miles and 1,807 feet above ground level. The landing was made on runway 26, which had a length of 1,891 meters. The threshold height was good, and the threshold speed was also good at 108 knots.
The touchdown point was 223 meters beyond the touchdown zone, with a touchdown speed of 97 knots, which was good. The touchdown rate was firm at -385 feet per minute. The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 5.1 meters from the centerline. The local weather conditions were a temperature of 12 degrees Celsius, with a wind of 9 knots at 290 degrees. The crosswind was 4 knots, and the headwind was 8 knots.
The total landing distance was 1,013 meters, which was 54% of the runway. The runway rollout alignment was very good. The taxiing period from the runway to the parking took 3 minutes and covered a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 326 nautical miles, taking 71 minutes, and the aircraft used 2,368 kilograms of fuel.
The aircraft, identified as RJ70, successfully landed at Innsbruck Airport (LOWI) with a score of 95.2%. The final approach was conducted from the east, heading 264.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,807 feet above ground level (agl). The aircraft then landed on runway 26, which has a length of 1,891 meters.
The landing was deemed satisfactory, with a good threshold height and a threshold speed of 108 knots. The touchdown point was located 223 meters beyond the touchdown zone, which is slightly outside the designated area. However, the touchdown speed of 97 knots was considered good, and the touchdown rate of -385 feet per minute (fpm) was firm, indicating a controlled descent.
The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 5.1 meters from the centerline, which may require some adjustments during future landings. The local weather conditions at the time of landing included a temperature of 12°C, a wind speed of 9 knots from 290°, resulting in a crosswind of 4 knots and a headwind of 8 knots.
The total landing distance was 1,013 meters, which accounts for 54% of the runway length. This is a relatively short landing distance, indicating that the aircraft was able to touch down and come to a stop within a reasonable distance. The runway rollout alignment was very good, suggesting that the aircraft was able to maintain a stable and controlled path during the rollout phase.
Overall, the landing was considered successful, with a high score and a good performance in terms of speed, rate, and alignment. However, the slight misalignment of the touchdown position and the extended landing distance beyond the touchdown zone may require some attention during future landings.
