Track the centreline on final
Preparing for a stable approach will give you time to decide on whether to attempt the landing or going around. Too much altitude with a high sink rate will result in carrying too much speed onto the runway. Configuring flaps and the gear late also won't help the speed decay.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.

The rest of the report
The Airbus A220-300 taxied from the parking area to runway 27L at KPHL Philadelphia International Airport in less than 1 minute, covering less than 1 nm.
During the departure roll on runway 27L, the aircraft used a takeoff distance of 3,645 ft, representing 36 % of the runway, and achieved liftoff at 146 kt; ambient temperature was 88 °F with wind 8 kt from 297°, a 6 kt cross-wind component and a 6 kt head-wind component.
Climb commenced 1 mile south of Folcroft, Pennsylvania, with the airplane accelerating from 988 ft asl to 32,471 ft asl, an altitude gain of 31,483 ft achieved in 21 minutes while covering 133 nm.
Level cruise began 6 miles south-east of Fairfield, Connecticut, and persisted for 5 minutes, during which the flight progressed 40 nm.
Descent was initiated 1 mile east of Chester Center, Connecticut, descending from 32,392 ft asl to 1,124 ft asl, a loss of 31,268 ft in 16 minutes and spanning 89 nm.
The final approach to runway 04R at KBOS Logan International Airport was flown from the south on a heading of 26.0°, intercepting the glide path at 4 nm and 1,094 ft agl.
Landing on runway 04R, which is 8,851 ft long, was executed with a threshold speed of 134 kt; touchdown occurred at 1,452 ft down the runway at 128 kt and a descent rate of minus 182 fpm, with the touchdown point offset 20 ft to the right of the centreline. Surface weather reported a temperature of 66 °F, wind 8 kt from 100°, a cross-wind of 8 kt and a head-wind of 1 kt.
The rollout covered a total landing distance of 4,436 ft, equal to 50 % of the runway length, and alignment during the rollout was very good.
After exiting the runway, the aircraft taxied back to the parking area in 6 minutes, traveling less than 1 nm.
In total, the flight covered 269 nm, taking 50, and consumed 3,780 lbs of fuel.
The Airbus A220-300 commenced its final approach to runway 04R at KBOS Logan International Airport from the south, tracking a heading of 26.0 ° at 4 nm and 1,094 ft agl. Local conditions were 66 °F with wind 8 kt from 100 °, providing an 8 kt crosswind and a 1 kt head-wind component. At the 1,000 ft gate the approach was assessed as unstable: sink rate too high and off the centreline.
At threshold the aircraft maintained a good height and achieved a threshold speed that was good at 134 kt. The flare was executed without noted deviation.
Touchdown occurred 1,452 ft down the runway at a speed that was good at 128 kt, with a vertical rate that was good at minus 182 fpm. The touchdown point was slightly misaligned by 20 ft from the centreline, and the total landing distance was 4,436 ft, representing 50 % of the runway length.
Rollout alignment was very good, keeping the aircraft on the centreline through the deceleration phase.
To improve the already high score of 97.9 %, focus on stabilising the approach by controlling sink rate and maintaining centreline tracking before the 1,000 ft gate, and aim for tighter touchdown alignment to reduce the 20-ft offset.
