Improve the rollout
A crosswind landing is a geometry problem. The air mass you're flying in is moving sideways across the runway, and you need your ground track down the centreline with your wheels aligned to it at the moment of contact. There are two techniques that will help, the crab and the sideslip.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
Two stabilised approach gates, each with seven checks, where the approach path is 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway. They are the approach's score: the checks passed out of the checks that ran.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 3,671 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 709 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The Boeing 777F taxied to runway 23L at NZAA Auckland International Airport and commenced the departure roll, accelerating through a takeoff distance of 956 m (26 % of the runway). Liftoff was achieved at 169 kt while the local weather reported a temperature of 16 °C, wind 17 kt from 269°, a 6 kt cross-wind component and a 16 kt head-wind component.
Climb began immediately after liftoff, with the aircraft climbing from 1,045 ft asl to 1,552 ft asl, an increase of 507 ft in less than one minute and covering less than one nautical mile while remaining overhead NZAA.
Cruise was established one mile south-west of NZAA and persisted for five minutes, during which the aircraft covered 15 nm at level flight.
Descent commenced from 1,386 ft agl and proceeded to 70 ft agl in 106 seconds, reducing altitude in a controlled manner prior to final approach.
During the final approach to runway 23L the aircraft met the stabilisation gates, confirming compliance with the approach criteria.
Landing occurred on runway 23L, which measures 3,671 m. The threshold speed was recorded at 156 kt, and touchdown took place 277 m beyond the touchdown zone at a speed of 136 kt. The touchdown rate was minus 193 fpm and runway touchdown alignment was perfect. Weather at the time of landing was 13 °C, wind 13 kt from 261°, with a 2 kt cross-wind and a 12 kt head-wind component.
Rollout continued for a total landing distance of 1,379 m (38 % of the runway). The aircraft’s centreline alignment was slightly off, measuring 8.6 m from the centreline at the end of the rollout.
In total the flight covered 22 nm, taking 8 and consumed 25,212 kg of fuel.
The Boeing 777F approached runway 23L at NZAA Auckland International Airport in a stabilised configuration, with gear, flaps, sink rate, glideslope, centreline and speed all within limits as assessed at the 1,000 ft gate. The aircraft descended from 1,386 ft AGL to 70 ft AGL in 106 seconds and earned full marks on the stabilisation gates.
At threshold the aircraft presented a good threshold height and established a threshold speed of 156 kt, both recorded as good.
Touchdown occurred 277 m beyond the touchdown zone with a speed of 136 kt and a vertical rate of minus 193 fpm, both judged good, and the runway touchdown alignment was perfect.
Rollout covered a total distance of 1,379 m, representing 38 % of the 3,671 m runway, but the aircraft finished slightly off centreline, misaligned by 8.6 m.
With a score of 95.8 % the landing was strong; refining rollout alignment to the centreline and reducing the touchdown point offset will tighten performance further.
