Improve the rollout
A crosswind landing is a geometry problem. The air mass you're flying in is moving sideways across the runway, and you need your ground track down the centreline with your wheels aligned to it at the moment of contact. There are two techniques that will help, the crab and the sideslip.

Two stabilised approach gates, each with five checks, where the approach path is 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 1,550 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 392 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Departing from London Heathrow Airport, the Airbus A320 began its journey by taxiing from the parking area to the runway, a process that took approximately 5 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. Upon reaching runway 09R, the aircraft initiated its departure roll, utilizing 1,313 meters, or 39% of the runway, to achieve liftoff at a speed of 160 knots. The local weather conditions at the time of departure featured a temperature of 9°C, with a wind speed of 9 knots at a direction of 30°, resulting in a crosswind of 8 knots and a headwind of 4 knots.
As the aircraft climbed away from London Heathrow, it began its enroute climb approximately 1 mile north of Feltham, ascending from an initial altitude of 1,125 feet above sea level to a cruising altitude of 24,772 feet, an increase of 23,646 feet in just 8 minutes, covering a distance of 42 nautical miles. The enroute level cruise phase commenced overhead New Alresford, lasting 18 minutes and covering 34 nautical miles. Subsequently, the aircraft initiated its enroute descent 5 miles southwest of Freshwater, Isle of Wight, descending from 24,777 feet to 2,524 feet in 16 minutes, covering 86 nautical miles. A brief enroute level cruise phase followed, lasting 3 minutes and covering 7 nautical miles, as the aircraft flew 8 miles west of Jersey Airport. The final approach to runway 08 at Jersey Airport was initiated from the west, with the aircraft maintaining a heading of 83.0° at 4 nautical miles and 1,275 feet above ground level.
The Airbus A320 landed on runway 08 at Jersey Airport, utilizing 1,550 meters, or 74% of the runway, to come to a stop. The touchdown distance was 394 meters, and the touchdown speed was 128 knots, slightly above the recommended threshold speed of 130 knots. The touchdown rate was firm at -321 feet per minute, and the runway touchdown position was misaligned by 8.1 meters from the centerline. Following a brief taxiing period of less than 1 minute, the aircraft arrived at the parking area, having completed a total flight distance of 175 nautical miles in 36 minutes, utilizing 1,398 kilograms of fuel.
The final approach to runway 08 at EGJJ Jersey Airport from the west was conducted at a heading of 83.0°, commencing at 4 nm and 1,275 ft above ground level. The approach quality was satisfactory, with a good threshold height and threshold speed of 130 kt, indicating a well-executed approach. The aircraft touched down at a speed of 128 kt, which was a little fast, resulting in a firm touchdown rate of -321 fpm.
The touchdown characteristics were generally good, with a touchdown distance of 394 m, which was within acceptable limits. However, the runway touchdown position was misaligned by 8.1 m from the centreline, indicating a slight deviation from the desired path. The local weather conditions, with a temperature of 9 °C and a wind of 8 kt at 10°, contributed to a crosswind of 8 kt and a headwind of 2 kt, which may have affected the aircraft's alignment during the approach.
The total landing distance of 1,144 m, which accounted for 74% of the runway length, was within acceptable limits. However, the runway rollout alignment was misaligned by 21.9 m from the centreline, indicating a slight deviation from the desired path during the rollout phase. Overall, the landing was satisfactory, with a score of 89.6%, indicating a good performance, but with room for improvement in terms of touchdown speed and alignment during the rollout phase.
