Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

Two stabilised approach gates, each with six checks at 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway. They are the approach's score: the checks passed out of the checks that ran.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 1,921 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 634 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The Cessna 750 Citation X taxied from the parking area to runway 28R at KSFO San Francisco International Airport in 13 minutes, covering 5 nm on the ground.
During the departure roll on runway 28R, the aircraft used 960 m of runway, representing 27 % of the available length, and lifted off at 143 kt. Ambient conditions were 16 °C with a wind of 5 kt from 290°, a 1 kt cross-wind component and a 5 kt head-wind component.
The climb commenced over San Bruno, California, with the aircraft ascending from 730 ft asl to 44 771 ft asl, a gain of 44 040 ft achieved in 26 minutes while covering 185 nm.
Level cruise began 4 miles southeast of KSPN Spanish Springs Airport, Nevada, and continued for 48 minutes, during which 428 nm were flown.
Descent started 4 miles west of Thayne, Wyoming, with the aircraft descending from 44 996 ft asl to 7 206 ft asl, a loss of 37 790 ft in 15 minutes while traversing 98 nm.
The final approach to runway 01 at KJAC Jackson Hole Airport involved a descent from 819 ft agl to -5 ft agl in 92 seconds, and the aircraft scored on the stabilisation gates.
Landing on runway 01 was executed with a runway length of 1 921 m; the threshold speed was recorded at 130 kt, above the target. Touchdown occurred 216 m beyond the touchdown zone at 119 kt, with a vertical speed of minus 47 fpm and perfect alignment. Local weather was 5 °C with calm winds (0 kt at 359°) and no cross-wind or head-wind. The total landing roll measured 1 283 m, equivalent to 67 % of the runway.
Runway rollout alignment was reported as very good, confirming the aircraft remained on the centreline throughout the deceleration phase.
After landing, the aircraft taxied from the runway to the parking area in 3 minutes, covering a distance of 1 nm.
In total, the flight covered 724 nm, required 106 minutes of airborne time, and consumed 1 543 kg of fuel.
The Cessna 750 Citation X achieved a score of 96.5 % on the landing. On final approach to runway 01 at KJAC Jackson Hole Airport the aircraft was assessed as stabilised at the 1,000 ft gate, with gear, flaps, sink rate, glideslope, centreline and speed all within limits. The descent was from 819 ft agl to -5 ft agl in 92 seconds and the approach was scored on the stabilisation gates. Local weather was 5 °C with wind 0 kt from 359°.
At threshold the aircraft entered the flare with a threshold speed of 130 kt, noted as well above the target, and a good threshold height. The flare proceeded without further comment.
Touchdown occurred 216 m beyond the touchdown zone. Touchdown speed was 119 kt, described as a little fast, while the vertical rate was minus 47 fpm, rated perfect. Runway touchdown alignment was perfect.
Rollout covered a total landing distance of 1,283 m, representing 67 % of the 1,921 m runway, and rollout alignment was very good.
To tighten the already strong performance, reduce the threshold and touchdown speeds toward the target values to bring the touchdown point closer to the 300 m (1,000 ft) aim point, thereby preserving runway margin. Maintaining the current alignment and flare technique will support this refinement.
