Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 152 m above the runway. The 305 m gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 2,043 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 257 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with the Airbus A320 taxiing from the parking area to the runway at Milano Linate Airport, taking approximately 8 minutes and covering a distance of 3 nautical miles. Departure roll occurred on runway 36, with a takeoff distance of 1,303 meters, which accounted for 53% of the runway. The aircraft lifted off at a speed of 155 knots.
As the aircraft climbed to a higher altitude, it encountered local weather conditions of 9°C temperature and a wind speed of 4 knots at 8°. The crosswind was minimal at 1 knot, while the headwind was 4 knots. The enroute climb started overhead the Idroscalo Milan, where the aircraft ascended from 415 meters above sea level to 9,728 meters above sea level, an increase of 9,313.5 meters in 15 minutes, covering a distance of 84 nautical miles.
Following the initial climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise phase, starting 1 mile north-east of Toano, Italy. This phase lasted for 23 minutes, during which the aircraft covered a distance of 183 nautical miles. The enroute descent phase began 1 mile east of Massa d'Albe-Corona, where the aircraft descended from 9,721 meters above sea level to 1,189 meters above sea level, a decrease of 8,532.3 meters in 20 minutes, covering a distance of 87 nautical miles.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise phase, starting 7 miles south-west of Forio, Italy, which lasted for 4 minutes and covered a distance of 13 nautical miles. The final descent phase began overhead Procida, where the aircraft descended from 1,187 meters above sea level to 543 meters above sea level, a decrease of 643.7 meters in 3 minutes, covering a distance of 11 nautical miles.
The aircraft then began its final approach to runway 06 at Naples International Airport, heading 55.0° at 4 nautical miles and 447.9 meters above ground level. The landing occurred on runway 06, which had a length of 2,043 meters. The threshold height was good, and the threshold speed was also satisfactory at 136 knots. However, the touchdown speed was slightly fast at 137 knots, and the touchdown rate was very hard at -2.7 meters per second.
The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 5.3 meters from the centerline. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were 8°C temperature and a wind speed of 4 knots at 330°. The crosswind was 4 knots, while the headwind was 0 knots. The total landing distance was 985 meters, which accounted for 48% of the runway. The runway rollout alignment was very good.
After landing, the aircraft taxiied to the parking area, taking approximately 6 minutes and covering a distance of 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 389 nautical miles, which was covered in 80 minutes, and the aircraft used 2,611 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The Airbus A320 successfully landed at LIRN Naples International Airport, achieving a score of 95.8%. The aircraft approached the runway from the southwest, heading 55.0° at an altitude of 447.9 meters above ground level (agl) and a distance of 4 nautical miles from the runway. The final approach was executed with good control, and the aircraft touched down on the runway with a speed of 136 knots, which was within the acceptable threshold speed.
However, the touchdown speed of 137 knots was slightly higher than the ideal speed, indicating that the aircraft may have been slightly over-controlled during the landing. Additionally, the touchdown rate of -2.7 meters per second was very hard, suggesting that the aircraft may have experienced a significant deceleration upon touchdown. This could be due to various factors, including the aircraft's weight, the runway's surface, or the pilot's control inputs.
The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned from the centerline by 5.3 meters, which may have been due to the crosswind or the pilot's navigation during the approach. The local weather conditions were relatively calm, with a temperature of 8°C and a wind speed of 4 knots from 330°. The crosswind component was 4 knots, while the headwind component was negligible.
The total landing distance of 985 meters was 48% of the runway length, which is within the acceptable range. The runway rollout alignment was very good, indicating that the aircraft's brakes were applied smoothly and effectively, and the pilot maintained control of the aircraft during the rollout phase. Overall, the landing was successful, but there were some minor issues that could be addressed to improve the aircraft's performance and safety.
