Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
Two stabilised approach gates, each with seven checks, where the approach path is 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway. They are the approach's score: the checks passed out of the checks that ran.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 3,671 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 393 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The Boeing 777F taxied to runway 23L at NZAA Auckland International Airport and commenced the departure roll. The aircraft achieved a takeoff distance of 851 m, representing 23 % of the runway, and lifted off at 164 kt. Ambient conditions were 17 °C with a wind of 23 kt from 260°, including a 4 kt cross-wind component and a 22 kt head-wind.
During the climb the aircraft departed the vicinity of NZAA, ascending from 995 ft asl to 1,589 ft asl, a gain of 594 ft achieved in 1 minutes while covering 4 nm.
Level cruise began approximately 2 miles south of NZAA and persisted for 4 minutes, during which the flight covered 10 nm.
On final approach to runway 23L the descent commenced from 1,268 ft agl to 36 ft agl over a period of 102 seconds, and the aircraft met the stabilisation gate criteria.
Touchdown occurred on runway 23L, whose total length is 3,671 m. The threshold speed was recorded at 147 kt. The aircraft touched down after traveling 392 m at a speed of 141 kt, with a vertical rate of minus 104 fpm. The touchdown point was offset by 12.6 m from the centreline. Weather at landing was 14 °C with a wind of 18 kt from 220°, a 9 kt cross-wind and a 15 kt head-wind. The total landing distance measured 777 m, equivalent to 21 % of the runway.
Runway rollout continued with a slight centreline deviation of 12.8 m before the aircraft exited the paved surface.
The aircraft taxied from the runway to parking in 3 minutes, traversing a distance of 1 nm.
In total the flight covered 21 nm, took 11 (units as provided), and consumed 34,884 kg of fuel.
The Boeing 777F approached runway 23L at NZAA Auckland International Airport in a stabilised configuration at the 1,000 ft gate, with gear, flaps, sink rate, glideslope, centreline and speed all within limits, and the descent from 1,268 ft agl to 36 ft agl was completed in 102 seconds, earning scores on the stabilisation gates.
At threshold the aircraft maintained a good threshold height and a good threshold speed of 147 kt.
Touchdown occurred 392 m down the runway with a good touchdown speed of 141 kt and a smooth touchdown rate of -104 fpm; however the touchdown point was misaligned by 12.6 m from the centreline.
Rollout continued with a total landing distance of 777 m (21 % of the 3,671 m runway) and the aircraft remained slightly misaligned by 12.8 m from the centreline during rollout.
Minor refinements to centreline tracking are recommended to reduce the 12-meter offset observed at touchdown and rollout, aiming for the standard aim point about 300 m (1,000 ft) in while preserving the stabilised approach that produced the 94.4 % score.
