Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
Two stabilised approach gates, each with seven checks, where the approach path is 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway. They are the approach's score: the checks passed out of the checks that ran.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 3,671 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 797 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The Boeing 777F departed from runway 23L at NZAA Auckland International Airport, applying a take-off roll of 2,251 m which represented 61 % of the available runway. Liftoff was achieved at 153 kt. Ambient conditions were 13 °C with a wind from 270° at 13 kt, including a 4 kt cross-wind component and a 13 kt head-wind component.
Climb commenced one mile south-west of the airport, where the aircraft accelerated from 958 ft asl to 1,441 ft asl, gaining 483 ft in one minute while covering three nautical miles.
Level cruise began three miles south of NZAA and was maintained for four minutes, during which the aircraft traversed twelve nautical miles at the assigned altitude.
During final approach to runway 23L, the descent profile reduced altitude from 1,415 ft agl to 80 ft agl in 100 seconds, and the aircraft met the stabilisation gate criteria.
Landing was executed on runway 23L, whose total length is 3,671 m. The threshold speed was recorded at 150 kt. Touchdown occurred 379 m beyond the touchdown zone at a speed of 135 kt, with a vertical speed of minus 284 fpm. The touchdown point was offset by 8.5 m from the centreline. The total landing distance measured 1,202 m, representing 33 % of the runway, and the rollout alignment was judged very good.
The rollout phase continued smoothly, confirming the very good alignment noted at touchdown and allowing the aircraft to decelerate safely within the remaining runway length.
Taxi-in to the parking area required four minutes and covered one nautical mile from the runway exit.
In summary, the flight covered a total distance of 23 nm, taking 11, and consumed 1,727 kg of fuel.
The Boeing 777F approached runway 23L at NZAA Auckland International Airport with a stabilised profile at the 1,000 ft gate; gear, flaps, sink rate, glideslope, centreline and speed were all within limits. The descent progressed from 1,415 ft agl to 80 ft agl in 100 seconds and the approach earned a score on the stabilisation gates.
During the threshold and flare phase the aircraft maintained a good threshold height and a good threshold speed of 150 kt. The flare resulted in a touchdown point 379 m beyond the touchdown zone, a good touchdown speed of 135 kt, and a fair touchdown rate of minus 284 fpm, while the runway touchdown position was misaligned by 8.5 m from the centreline.
Touchdown occurred 379 m beyond the designated touchdown zone at a speed of 135 kt, with a vertical rate of minus 284 fpm and a centreline offset of 8.5 m.
Rollout covered a total landing distance of 1,202 m, representing 33 % of the 3,671 m runway, and the runway rollout alignment was very good.
Focus on tightening centreline alignment to reduce the 8.5 m offset and refine flare technique to achieve a more controlled vertical rate, which will further improve the already strong 93.1 % score.
