Work on the flare
Arrive slow and the sink rate at the threshold is already above schedule, the flare is short because there is no energy to extend it, and the touchdown is hard in a way that feels exactly like a late flare. Diagnosing a slow arrival as a late flare is the catastrophic misread: you respond by flaring earlier, which bleeds more speed, which makes the next one worse. The tiebreaker is threshold speed against VRef, not feel. Never diagnose a flare without it.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,563 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,563 m of the 3,290 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 529 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Congratulations on achieving a landing score of 99.1%! Your meticulous attention to detail and precision throughout each phase of the landing process truly paid off.
During the Approach Phase, your exceptional glideslope alignment ensured a smooth transition to the Landing Phase. This laid a strong foundation for a successful touchdown. The Landing Phase further showcased your skills, with a good threshold height and impeccable landing flare.
Your Touchdown Phase was particularly impressive, with a smooth touchdown rate and on-target speed. It's commendable that the touchdown point was only 106 meters beyond the designated zone, showcasing your ability to control the aircraft with precision. Additionally, the runway touchdown position being just 3.1 meters off the centerline demonstrates your excellent control and accuracy during the critical moment of touchdown.
Finally, the Rollout Phase saw a very good runway alignment, further highlighting your proficiency in handling the aircraft during the final stages of landing. Overall, your performance was exceptional and demonstrates your commitment to safety and excellence in aviation.
Keep up the great work and continue to strive for perfection in all aspects of your flying. Your dedication and skill are truly commendable, and I have no doubt that you will continue to excel in your future landings. Well done!
